On June 23, 2018, during the celebration of the City Day, a grand opening of a monumental and decorative sculpture in honor of the Luchosa River, one of the three waterways in the city, took place next to the Luchesa Hotel.
The author of the work, cast in bronze and weighing about 100 kg, is the sculptor Sergey Sotnikov.
A sculptural composition of a river nymph adorns the area near the Luchesa hotel, although currently the area around the sculpture and the steps of the ladder are being put in order.
I am delighted how it has grown in convenience ,convenient access ,a place for the disabled, parking is both paid and free convenient, the restaurant has a menu for vegans, and the staff is responsive, we were during the Slavic bazaar, the room was booked only on July 12, we wanted to stay and of course due to the Slavic bazaar the rooms are free there was no, the staff took care of us and found ways to extend us , for which they are especially grateful and I think he is ready to apply for a 4-star hotel , the only negative is not significant , but as I understand the human factor, room cleaning is not at a high level .
A good hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. There is paid parking. The room has almost everything you need. What was missing was a hair dryer(. Shower gel and soap in dispensers in the bathroom. There is a shower cabin and a toilet in the room. There is a free ironing room and a water cooler on the floor. Everything is clean, modest, neat. You can eat at the restaurant on the 14th floor. The choice of dishes is not very large, but you will not stay hungry. Downstairs there are vending machines, a lobby bar. I really liked that despite the multi-storey building, the elevator does not have to wait long. Moreover, there are several of them.
The reception staff is pleasant and courteous.
In general, we were satisfied. The next time we come, we'll probably stay here too. Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful work.
On Stroiteley Avenue near the Luchesa Hotel, there is this sculpture embodying the Luchesa River. The sculpture is very spectacular and fits well in this place. There are often photo shoots near her, and in the evening there is a beautiful illumination....
Excellent hotel, nice rooms with all amenities. Upon check-in, there was a surprise in the form of a free breakfast, which is very nice! The restaurant is on the 14th floor, very decent and not expensive. Very polite staff, I recommend this hotel to everyone.
The hotel is strange, big, but uncomfortable. The double rooms are terrible, with two separate beds covered with brocade capes. There is no hair dryer or kettle in the room. You have to ask the maid. They brought everything - the cheapest and antediluvian, the hair dryer immediately passed out from the tension... The breakfasts are such that you don't starve to death...They asked for wine glasses at the bar - they offered plastic cups!!! Disappointment from the hotel...
Solid 2*. There are no hygiene products, no coffee maker. There is some kind of device with a toggle switch and wheels near the bed. There is no explanation for this device. The guides warn you not to touch the device when checking in.
There was an insect in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's not bad. There is a cooler in the hallway; high-speed elevators.
There is a big problem with catering. There are not enough seats in the restaurant for groups going on early excursions. The poor waiter is sewn up, and the other girls rudely respond to a request for a spoon or napkin.
At the reception, upon our request to return our passports, they only asked for the room number and gave us the passports, without even looking at them and without asking for confirmation of our stay in this particular room. It's a mess... Next time we will definitely stay in another hotel.
There is strong audibility in the room, dirty floors, old shower, it is very unpleasant to get up there with your feet. This is the third time my review has been deleted
Nice hotel. The Council of Ministers. It makes you feel nostalgic. Honest 3 stars. Nice staff. I liked the room. The food is delicious, only once the shingles were over-salted terribly.
I came to the hotel on Monday, the 12th, there was a great shift in the restaurant, and on September 15-16, 22nd, the waiter girl (full), it feels like I owe her money! Disgusting service, your personal problems, if any, should be left at home! You also serve foreigners!
There is no declared air conditioner, in fact it hangs, but it works as a fan. There are cobwebs in the corners. There is no water in the coolers. They took 4 white rubles for each motorcycle for parking. They put it in one parking space.
It could not be completed for a long time due to the lack of a technical solution for the cracked foundation and wall... It stood for about 20 years of long-term construction... It was laid for the settlement of fashionable guests of the Slavyansky Bazaar
