A great hotel for your money.
Preferably without children, because next to Istiklal on the one hand and Tarlabashi Street on the other, it was very noisy, but it did not bother us to sleep like the dead, even despite the noise. Don't know why Google or Yandex rating of 3.5 on the island 9 for my money, the very close to all the attractions and transport for every taste and color.

We booked a hotel stay for a week and checked into room 302 . All the furniture in the room was covered in dust, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling that hung over the bed. There were no clothes hangers in the closet. The bed is broken, the mattress is falling through, it is not possible to sleep. The TV doesn't work the same way as the Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, the furniture is all cracked from humidity and fungus. Two guests were provided with one towel for their face (as required by the hotel regulations, the response at the hotel reception). The only answer to the request to relocate is that there are no available rooms, although the guests have checked out. We just listened to all the requests, wrote them down in a notebook, and that's it, we handed it over to the management. On the second day, we managed to get hangers. On the third day, they were moved to room 102, which had a terrible sewer smell from the bathroom, just like in the room. There was no hot water or heating in the hotel for three days. There was no way to turn on the air conditioner to heat the room, as there was no remote control. They said at the hotel reception that they were looking for the remote control in the room. There are no batteries in the TV remotes. On the fifth day, the hotel manager asked us to cancel the booking, as he said the payment from the agency had not been received. Neither we nor the supplier could come to an agreement with them, there is a payment, but the hotel stubbornly ignores the payment receipts provided. The hotel manager just evicts the guests! There were four more people who were evicted. And then they resell this room to other guests who are already sitting at the hotel reception and waiting for your eviction. The disgusting attitude of the staff and management towards their guests.

The location is good, but it is difficult to find on maps.
The bed is comfortable, I slept well. The Windows overlook the courtyard, the view is so-so, but it was quiet.
Fixing the furniture and doing general room cleaning and redecorating would be great.
Breakfast is very meager for 1
The rooms are very old and everything is held on tape in the truest sense of the word, the safes did not work (although there were 2 pieces), the chair is broken.
