It's a great place. Fresh croissants (11 a.m.), delicious coffee and the best ice cream in town. And everything is very cheap and delicious. Friendly staff. They speak Georgian and English.

The most delicious ice cream, coffee and desserts are also good. The ice cream is presumably creamed. There are many different flavors.
