The currency was dollars, changed at the hotel. The course is normal. The rooms could have been cleaned better. But they probably can't and can't. Fine sand, 1 line. Sun beds, mattresses and towels are free of charge.
The food is delicious, something with spices. Good breakfasts. Fruits, drinks, fresh bread.
Most of the tourists are from different countries. Animation in French.There is a water park. Very nice massage room. Both the face and the body. I went every day, the result is amazing. There are shops nearby where we bought soap for souvenirs. Different scents, especially jasmine and Marina. You can take a taxi to the Medina - oriental market. We walked there, bought a beautiful stole. It's safe, no one bothered.

We got into this hotel by accident. Our booked hotel was closed. They offered several options and we chose this one and did not regret it. A great hotel with a well-maintained territory. There is a cascading outdoor pool and an indoor, heated pool. We had a large family room with a good renovation and new furniture in a minimalistic style as we like. At the moment we are still here and waiting for the transfer. There are not many Russians, mostly German-speaking foreigners. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. The staff is polite, ready to help at any moment, some understand and speak a little Russian. The food is not very varied, but it is very tasty cooked. No one will stay hungry. Towels are changed every day, cleaning is normal. I definitely recommend the hotel. We are not particularly picky, but we have a lot of travel experience. Many thanks to the hotel staff. Welcome to Russia.

Excellent hotel: decent service, delicious food, even when fully loaded, there are always places in the restaurant and sun beds. Free water park - 7 adult slides, artificial wave pool, artificial river. It operates on an ultra all-inclusive system, free Wi-Fi.

I approached the choice of the hotel for a long time and stopped at this, they wrote a lot of different reviews, decided to write my own!))
arriving at Enfida airport, after going through all registration and control, representatives of the company met, sent them to the bus, drove for almost 2.5 hours (tedious) arriving immediately, we did not like the room at first without $ we could not get a good room right away.
In the morning we went to breakfast, the choice is huge (omelette, scrambled eggs, simply boiled eggs, pancakes, salads, muesli, yoghurts) for lunch and dinner there are a lot of side dishes and meat. 1 time you can visit the restaurant for free, which has 2 types of cuisine. There is a mini-bar by the pool, drinks, a light snack if anyone is hungry))
The beach is clean sand, lots of shells. if the dirt is washed up overnight, it is cleaned. Sun beds, towels are provided, you can also rent inflatable devices) prices from 10 dinars. The water park is cool for adults with 6 slides, there is enough adrenaline)))

I was on vacation with my family in mid-October. The hotel is great, the room is nice, spacious, we had a sea view (floor 2, but this is actually 3) 0 floor for me is an ass, instead of fencing a bush that is easy to step over, and most importantly everyone walks under the window. The beach is gorgeous when compared with the neighboring ones, even with 5-stars. At least they clean it every day. The security of the hotel on the beach keeps order and even tries to drive the merchants away from the vacationers. There is a large swimming pool and a separate pool with 5 slides for children. One truth with bulging seams where I tore my foot a little (I saw more swearing later). There is a warm pool with bleach inside, and I saw a paid one with sea water.
Of the cons: the food is always the same and all dishes with an excess of pepper (except watermelon :))) but you won't starve to death. Booze for Russians with 2 glasses in hand, and even lemonades. The French and Germans are trying to serve without waiting in line everywhere, both in the dining room and in bars. And they pour it without restrictions at a time. The bed linen has not been changed once in 12 days, but every day they sort of cleaned the room. We fought for the 4th towel (there were 4 of us with children) and never gave it. It was from 1 to 3.
There was nothing to do in the city, dirt and Arabs.
And so if you need the sea and the beach, then everything is fine. My children were happy! And this is the main thing.

We rested from 05/18/2019 to 05/25/2019. We liked everything very much, both the location and the territory of the hotel itself. We visited the water park, we really liked the slides "fire". The food is decent. The rooms are comfortable. The animation is great, water aerobics. In the evening there is a show and a disco. The territory is well maintained, the beach is excellent. In this hotel, I liked only the food and the rooms on the third floor are new (and they didn't live there), that's it! Everything else is disgusting. A 4* hotel does not pull at all. In the rooms of the main building on the ground floor, it's scary to sleep even standing up!!! In hotels, Julia (as they say, a hotel guide) is an assistant in everything, special thanks to her. The sea is good, all the waiters are fed by the Germans. Beach towels are in the trash, it feels like they don't wash them. And I also score deck chairs with mattresses, and then they can sell.

A lovely hotel with a large green area and a private beach.
I really like the service, we arrived late in the evening, they immediately put on bracelets and sent us to dinner, and after that they filled out a form and gave us a room.
The cuisine is very tasty and varied. It's always clean.
We always tipped the same waiter, so the table was always set for us and also on the beach, there were always sun loungers for us.
I highly recommend the water park at the hotel, it's brand new and cool. It is better to take accommodation in new buildings.

Two children aged 12 and 5 were vacationing with their family at the end of August. I didn't like the hotel, there are flies in the cafe, in the restaurant, there is no food for children at all. There are dirty tablecloths in the restaurant. They don't like Russians. The sea was clean, warm, and there were no jellyfish. There is nothing to do with children in this hotel. Only the sea and the sun gave a positive attitude.
