As the contract says, the wait is up to 30 days, we were pleasantly surprised when we got a call and the door came a week later! They brought it quickly, quickly dismantled the old door and put a new one, everything is neat! Thank you very much, we will order more interior doors from you!

Customer focus is at full zero, if not lower. They ordered the doors , they were told to wait 5-30 days , as a result they waited 2.5 months, taking into account that they paid in cash, they called and said the doors would arrive for a day, you need to pay the second part (the question is what to pay for? For the air?) as a result, they paid, the doors were supposed to arrive tomorrow - the day after tomorrow (they never arrived) we had to go in 2 days ourselves. As it turned out, they just forgot to call us. They promised to bring them on the same day , until the evening no one brought them until they took them away.
If you are ready to wait for several months even for paid doors, be prepared that they may forget about you at all

- if you are ready to wait half a year from the moment of signing the contract and before installation, then you will like it. You can safely order doors at the start of your repair, and take installments, because with full payment, the speed of door manufacturing will not increase!!! Carefully look at everything that is brought to you (we had one canvas of 3 doors that was crooked, until you put it in it is not visible), the installer noticed it, it's good that they are. After that, we waited another 3 months for the replacement of the canvas! 2 months ago, we deposited the remaining amount with the words next week the delivery guys will call you....so we are waiting....
Conclusion: I liked the quality, but the time to get the doors is killing. THE LOGISTICS ARE TERRIBLE
