The DJ puts on any music if you ask, it's very cool fun, special thanks to him!!!

And soft ice cream in the afternoon next to the slides (4 types) + there are also waffles. Gozleme in the afternoon from 12 to 16.00.

The beach is a separate song. Large, lots of sun beds, pleasant entrance to the sea. There are stone slabs to the right and left of the pier, with a mask you can look at the fish variety. You can swim from the pier. Beautiful nature, crystal clear sea and beautiful mountains!!
The rooms are different. Three adults lived in the main building. They clean it every day.
On the 2nd floor you can play chess. There is a tennis table and hammocks on site.

I am only describing the unchanging things around this hotel, because next season another chain will manage this hotel. Therefore:
The location is excellent. The first line, a large , beautiful territory.Pine trees, palm trees, an interesting pool.
The village of Gyunyuk is between the mountains and the sea, surrounded by pine air. But, wild, one shopping street across, everything else is the sea, hotels, forest. There are small bazaars if you need to buy something. But, in general, a hotel village.
The sea is the beach. The entrance is excellent, there is a pier, Everything is clean and comfortable.
The main building of the hotel was built in the 90s, a large hall, glass elevators, spacious rooms. Additionally, there are three-storey buildings surrounded by greenery. The restaurant has a large terrace overlooking the pool, surrounded by pine trees.
Standard bathroom, nice balcony with dryer. It's quite spacious, but for two people.But there are rooms for large families. However, I can't call the room cozy.
The view from the window was beautiful- on the sea. But no matter what number you choose there, something will always be wrong. The left side (where we lived) is a terrible noise from 9 pm to two in the morning from the discos of neighboring hotels.The right side is the noise from the restaurant's air conditioners and other utility rooms.
Elevators are problematic, they constantly break down.
The spa complex and hammam require renovation, although there are many rooms and there is an internal large swimming pool.
The air conditioning in the building is central, unregulated.
There is a water park, a court, a football field and much more.
In general, the discos of the neighboring hotels were the most annoying, it seemed that they were hammering right into the brain. And this is clearly going to continue. Even the fully closed doors to the balcony and the air conditioner turned on did not save. Otherwise, with good management, this complex can be a great place to relax.
We stayed at the hotel from September 23 to October 1. I liked the hotel itself and its territory.We checked into the room at 13.30. In the room (we rested not in the main building, but in the bungalow 1957 room) everything was fine too, everything worked well. They cleaned poorly, only took out the trash. The bed linen has not been changed even once! Due to the fact that, in principle, it was not much soiled, they did not ask to be changed. The food, as many have already written, is good.Very tasty grilled meat (mainly turkey and chicken). Wonderful tortillas.You definitely won't leave hungry. Very tasty ice cream, ayran. Fruits, except watermelons and grapes, are not tasty.Melon occasionally came across good, but mostly hard and tasteless, For us there was a very big minus - it was very noisy.The music screams until one o'clock in the morning, then in a nearby hotel, then across the street, then in our hotel. They asked us to settle us somewhere quieter, but it didn't work out.
A big plus is the proximity to the sea, there were always enough sun loungers.
The food is delicious and varied, the only 5* but there is no children's table.

We were looking for a price=quality hotel. I used to think that Kemer was only for families without children, but no. Kemer has excellent views and fresh air due to the mountains. This place is great for ecology. The hotel itself is wonderful. Yes, there will be no lobsters for breakfast, but there is enough food, everything is without frills, but delicious. For breakfast, the standard set of food is eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc. There are diet and children's tables (generally similar). The baklava desserts were delicious. For lunch, a couple of types of soups and in addition to the buffet, there is always something that is cooked on the grill. But don't expect frills and excessive abundance. It's simple, but you won't stay hungry either.
The rooms are better for us and the renovation in the main building is more modern. Bungola has older repairs, there are updated ones. Of the cons, this is a job in relation to employee numbers. We often heard that the room category that we booked was left with only a bad view or is still occupied, and you are offered another room with a good view, often to the sea with an on-site surcharge.
The animation is just super, the animators are just super. Here you will find Russian-speaking staff. The coolest thing is outdoor fitness and Irina is a trainer. You will always be in shape on vacation.
There is a kids' club for children, a playground next to the dining room, which is convenient and a mini disco for children in the evening. Very often in the evenings we saw performances of excellent quality by artists. We were just staring.
Of the huge advantages, this is the sea, or rather its approach. It's great for kids too. Of course, there are slabs on the sides of the beach that are inconvenient for entry, but in the center of the beach everything is comfortable and without additional slippers. In September, the water in the pool was cooler than in the sea.
There are small shops on the territory, but if you go outside the hotel you will see an abundance of different small souvenir shops, clothes, pharmacies.
For holidays with children, we absolutely recommend this hotel. It is inexpensive at modern prices, but of high quality. Our vacation fell on September 2024, but we heard that the hotel often changes names. We were under the name Amara comfort resort.

In the bungalows, the rooms for the standard price are small with small balconies.
On the 2nd floor you can play chess. There is a tennis table and hammocks on site.
Animation every day. There is a disco on Fridays. There is live music, circus shows, Miss Amaro, etc. Closer to night, those who wish are taken to discos in Kemer. Tuesday afternoon foam party 🤣
There is a street with shops opposite the hotel. But I would advise you to go to the right for about a kilometer, walk to the hotel in the form of a ship (transatlantic). There's a long street, shops on both sides. Somewhere more expensive, somewhere cheaper, you need to look. But in general, of course, it is cheaper than in Russia))
We had a rest at the end of September 2024. A wonderful hotel. Everything is thought out. The territory is small, but very cozy. The first hotel where everything is really inclusive and everything is possible. The rooms are nice and clean. The beach is very close. The staff is polite and friendly. The rating is 5+. I really liked the hotel. We lived in a bungalow. Windows and balcony with sea view.
There are no complaints about cleaning, changing towels, and bedding. Towels were changed every day. Bed linen twice during this time. Everything is clean, boiling white. The bathroom was constantly replenished with bath accessories, there were just a lot of them.
I liked the restaurant. The food is varied, you can always choose for yourself. Very tasty bakery. Puff pastry cottage cheese pie is just my love. And what ayran, I'm just thrilled. There are plenty of drinks.
The territory is very beautiful, it is clear that they are being looked after. The pools are always clean, they are monitored.
There are plenty of sun beds on the beach.

I do not recommend this hotel. There are more minuses than pluses. Actually, the advantages: good coffee, beautiful grounds, Balinese masseuses at the spa. Everything else has a big minus sign. The food is monotonous, they don't even know how to cook fish on the grill. At the reception, they extort money for room improvements. I don't even want to talk about cleaning: they just take out the trash and change towels in the room, and it's pretty dirty in the bars. It seems that all the visitors of the hotel wrote about the insufficient number of dishes and appliances.

The only advantage of the hotel is the sea and the landscape. That's the end of it!We're not picky, but:
1) food- the choice is small, my husband and I had enough. My son frankly had nothing to eat
2) service- no one is in a hurry, the waiters are tired, untidy. They are in no hurry to clean the tables.
3) the room- it seems to have everything, the cleaning is so-so. The three of us moved in, there were two sets of towels. I asked the maid, they brought an additional set only a day later. It was strange when one day the towels were taken to the bathroom, leaving no clean ones in return.
They asked for a quiet place to accommodate, because the son is disabled. They settled in the farthest corner near the bistro. The rumble of music from a nearby hotel until midnight is a "quiet place."

I recommend this hotel for a family or company vacation. It will definitely not be boring here, I was struck by the presence of cool animation throughout the day, for which I have great respect and thanks to the animators Kristina and Valeria. The girls work all day ) . There are many greenery, flowers, plants and trees on the territory. A winding pool, a Jacuzzi, a pool for the youngest and a water park with slides. The food is varied, meat, poultry, fish. Even a nursing mother will not stay hungry here, because there is a diet table. I will also add to the animation, throughout the day, you can participate in aqua aerobics (pool or sea) beach volleyball, darts, zumba. There is also a cool mini club for kids with no less interesting animation. Bars, 3 restrans according to the Ala-card system, round-the-clock ice cream. In general, I recommend the hotel 100%, we really liked everything.

I want to share my feelings about staying at the Amara comfort resort 5* hotel (Goynyuk). I do not recommend coming here if you do not want to spoil your vacation.
We stayed at this hotel from 04.09 to 14.09
Let's start with +
1. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, beautiful, well planned;
2. Coffee shop in the Main Building. A girl from Kazakhstan (Aktau) makes good coffee. Cakes are not all delicious. Not tasty with nuts and made from pudding. How can you spoil the cakes so much that the pudding is like rubber.
3. A female hotel employee at guest relations named Soira from Taraza (Kazakhstan) helps with all matters.
4. The sea. During this visit, the sea temperature was like fresh milk for all ten days. There is no merit of the hotel in this advantage.
There are no more advantages.
Now let's move on to
-1. No one met us when we arrived at the hotel. We rested in Mirage, in Miaros 3 times (now May Beach), everywhere on arrival the service staff comes out to pick up suitcases and take them to the reception. This hotel doesn't have that. We had to pick up our suitcases from the bus and carry them to the reception. This is one of the essential indicators for 5* hotels and this indicator immediately catches the eye and lowers the rating of the hotel
2. Poor performance of the hotel's maintenance service. Upon arrival, they were given a room on the 4th floor 1431. When checking into the room, they found that the handle on the door that goes to the balcony is broken (photo in the attachment), the gander on the shower stand sprayer is broken in the shower. I immediately went to the reception to replace the room or repair it, there were no rooms. They said come back the next day, maybe we'll find something. I asked you to send the maintenance staff to repair it. After 3 hours, a plumber allegedly came to repair the shower faucet, looked at it and said he would come in five minutes. He left and I never saw him again. The next day in the evening, a guy (an electrician) came to repair the faucet in the shower. I ask in Turkish, why didn't the plumber come? The answer killed me. The plumber works with us only until 4 days. I ask, why didn't the plumber come in the afternoon? Answer: He has a lot of work to do and he doesn't have time to do everything. Another day later, another electrician also came to repair the door on the balcony. I ask, where is the carpenter? Answer: We don't have carpenters on staff. Along with the repair (the struggle with the representatives of the reception lasted two days). I went to the reception from morning to lunch for two days in order to either renovate or provide another room. They provided rooms for replacement, but in the reviewed 4 rooms on the 4th and 7th floors and in the bungalows the problem was the same. Water was pouring from all the spray guns and the handles on the doors were broken. After the lost two days of rest and the repaired balcony door somehow and the sprayer in the shower, it was decided to stay in the room that was provided first. I asked guest relations why they didn't want to repair my door and shower, the answer was: It is easier for the reception to move you to another room than to carry out repairs. Hence the conclusion: The hotel saves on spare parts and on staff (lack of carpenters in the staff), as well as the poor work of the maintenance manager to control his staff,
3. Reception. Turkish men working at the reception are arrogant and shameless. They talk to the residents in raised tones. Especially there is a Yulduz employee. It feels like you did him a favor by coming to rest at this hotel.
3. Room cleaning. Do not expect that you will have sand, hair, and floors cleaned. At most, towels will be changed, dishes will be taken away, garbage will be thrown out. And it doesn't matter if you tip them or not.;
4. Showers on the beach with running water. It's a complete horror. The showers are on their last legs, not a single faucet is holding, it flows from all the holes, and in order to use them you need to stand in line (again, why? because they barely work);
5. Cleaning the beach. And she is, conditionally of course. I didn't see any large debris, but here are bottle caps, pieces of plastic, cigarette butts. There is a lot of this. Vacationers themselves, seeing all this, begin to clean it all up from the beach.
6. Meals in the dining room. It's the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Chicken and turkey all the time. For breakfast, if you arrive at 7:00 and you want scrambled eggs, then you will have to wait until 7:30 while the staff drinks coffee and talks a lot. The food is not tasty, eat because you have to eat and not starve to death. They even managed to spoil their national dish - baklava. I have never eaten such tasteless baklava in any hotel in Kemer and Side. They don't even have small cherry tomatoes in their hotel, instead of cherry, they cut large tomatoes into rings and put them out for food.
7. Bistro 24/7. Poor work of the maintenance staff. You have to wait an hour for an order. The waiters follow each other and they have the same answer: Right now 5 minutes. We came to the bistro twice, the draught beer installation did not work due to the lack of beer itself. It was the same at the cafe on the beach. They ran out of beer, but they forgot to order it. That's the service.
7. Sale of corn and perfume with Duty free on the beach. It feels like I came to Sochi for a vacation.
Summing up, I would like to say: In this hotel, there is a bad job of management management, in the form of lack of control over the work of the staff at the hotel (extortion at the reception for providing the best rooms, poor work of the hotel maintenance department, poor food in the main restaurant) and we will no longer arrive at this hotel, we no longer want to run an obstacle course in the video of the showdown with the hotel.
The hotel clearly lacks money, staff and a good managing manager who would drive these staff, otherwise they walk and sleep on the spot.

Positive:
-Large beautiful well-groomed territory, 1 line of the beach, the entrance is flat, small pebbles (special shoes are not needed). There are many paths in the shade in the bungalow area, where it is convenient to push a stroller with a child.
- we checked in before 14.00 , at 12.00 without any additional payment.
- the room in the main building of superior sea view is large and bright, with 2 balconies
- The air conditioner worked well both in the room and in public places.
- Great guys are animators. We talked to them because of the children, the kids were all delighted with them, cute, smiling and funny. Well done guys.
- 24-hour bistro, convenient for check-in / check-out and when children want to eat outside the normal lunch and dinner hours like ours)) ice cream is there for 24 hours.
- Good coffee beans are everywhere.
- Delicious ice cream and waffles in the house near the water park.
Cons:
-room cleaning upon arrival.. there was a wet foot towel, long black hair from previous guests everywhere. There was no cot immediately, which they wrote about in advance. Then they brought it, but for the first time I see that there was no mattress in it, that is, the baby should sleep on the bare hard bottom of the crib, I'm not even talking about small-sized baby clothes…
- they wrote a lot about food, so I didn't really expect delicacies for such a price in these days. But the boss needs to be changed.... at breakfast, from a wide variety, only omelets and pancakes are edible, and then there is always a long queue for them. At 7.45 the pancakes run out and wait 20 minutes for a new batch to be baked. There is no cottage cheese, for example, with raisins and dried apricots, the children ate in other hotels, even cheaper and simpler in terms of level. Porridges (3-4 types) are so liquid that you won't understand what kind of cereal is there.. semolina is not visible in milk, oatmeal too. At least they would read how to cook porridge)) buckwheat always floats in the water, it must be caught. For 14 times in Turkey (we choose accommodation in 2-3 hotels on each visit), I have never met a problem with cups in the morning. They just don 't exist all the time ! People pour cappuccino into Turkish tea glasses, into paper cups from the lobby bar. .. They told the employee what kind of mess with the cups... ? The answer was shocking)) He says that breakfast starts at 7, and we work from 8, so we don't have time… At lunch, if you do not come to the beginning, then there is no cold beer. They brought warm beer and asked if we needed ice for it..!? We had to go to the lobby bar and get bottled cold there, which was not always there either. During the meal, the plates are not removed at all, only when you leave the table. I have to eat dessert surrounded by a bunch of soup/salad plates, etc., and the five of us were at the table.
- There are no desserts, just something sweet and everything, mostly some kind of jelly and soft, with the exception of more or less edible chocolate biscuits.
- There are clearly not enough employees!! This is felt everywhere from the entrance to the hotel (no one met, took suitcases, did not take them to the room, they dragged everything themselves) to cleaning the toilets (there is constantly no soap, then paper).
- There are queues everywhere, again, there is a shortage of employees. There is one bartender at the pool bar, a constant queue for 10-15 people. There is also a constant queue of 5-7 people in the lobby bar.
- Half of the beach towels are good, and half are like a worn, almost through, rag. Therefore, when we got good towels, we no longer began to change them, and went to the room with them, dried them on the balcony.
- Descent to the beach and showers. A separate shock. I have never seen such a terrible descent from dilapidated planks. It is impossible to move out with a stroller, and there is nowhere to go, there are no paths between the rows of sun loungers either.
- No one cleans the beach, all the sand is in cigarette butts (of course, the guests themselves are to blame, but since smokers are such idiots that they are unable to throw the cigarette butt into the trash, then I would like to hope for the work of the hotel staff). The children were digging in the sand and there were more cigarette butts than pebbles.
- If you like to go to bed before 12 a.m., then it's useless here. We had room 1316, corner, had two balconies, one was filled with music from our hotel, the other from the neighboring Queens Park. At least until 12.00, or even until one o'clock. And from 6.30-7 a.m., they also turned on music on the territory not just quietly in the background, but loudly that you can even hear with the balcony closed, for whom, why is it at 6 a.m.???? And one evening they even made a scene on the grass at the water park and the music hammered at the windows until 12 at night so that the windows shook. The child had to be put to sleep in the common corridor in a stroller, as it was like on the very stage in the room!! What kind of idiots are the hotel managers?! Why not make such parties with a stage and speakers pointing towards the sea, there is plenty of room for this!
As a result, after 4 nights of staying here, it was not a rest, but a nervous breakdown due to lack of normal sleep! ! !
Our family is very positive and always sees the pros, not the cons, we enjoy the sea and the sun, but I will never return to this hotel a second time. And I will not advise anyone! Such basic data as 1 line, a gorgeous territory, good rooms to choose from in the main building or bungalow, but it did not work out for a comfortable stay here, you wait for something all the time and stand in queues..
So far, there are much more minuses for service / food / drinks than there are pluses.
Well, at least buy more cups!! Make a normal descent and showers on the beach, paths between sun loungers. Beer and mineral water should be cold like everywhere else! Limit the music to at least very loud until 22.30 and a little quieter until 23.30. , it will already be a much more pleasant experience of the hotel!

Initially, they were given a disgusting room lower in class than they ordered, they were moved only the next day and then with a scandal.

It 's the same thing every day , rice , potatoes , chicken , (no beef , fish , lamb ) no soups , the queues are huge , the choice is very limited . Fast food outlets are open during the day - burgers, hot dogs, potatoes, everything is like everywhere else.
Alcohol
Almost all imported goods are of good quality, there are no complaints here.
There is no animation , the evening shows are mediocre , there are no discos , karaoke . We watched the clowns and go to bed .

Wonderful AMARA Comfort Resort hotel in the village of Goynuk, in the Kemer district, Turkey. Everything in it is done on "5". We have just arrived from there, having lived 8 unforgettable days on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in early June 2024. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel for the excellent service, varied and delicious food, desserts, ice cream, gozleme. The attentive attitude of the staff to everyone who came to rest at this hotel. There is one small request left: turn down the sound of the evening disco show. But at 23:00 it almost always ended. So we found a solution: we just walked through the pine park at the hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine, at 5+. Thank you.
Hello future tourists of this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child for 3 years vacationed here from 07/24/31/202024. The hotel is very nice. We have been to Turkey more than once and there is something to compare it with. If you and your child just don't take a room in separate houses on the 3rd floor!!!!!!!!!!!! It is very important. It will be too small. 1-2 floors are normal. And in the main building, the room will be better and bigger . We moved from just such a house to the main building.The food is good, the sea is fabulous, the animation is super, the views are fantastic. The staff is excellent and tries to solve every question in your direction. This is important on vacation. For alcohol lovers, everything is provided here with a vengeance. High-quality imported alcohol . Not every good bottle has one. For girls who like champagne, please in any quantity. There is a good promenade (cafes, shops) across the street from the hotel. You can take a walk. The rooms are cleaned efficiently. The bed linen and towel are snow-white.We didn't have time to visit the hammam and gym, but they are there. All staff understands and partially speaks Russian. Tourists from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, Poland and some other Slavic countries. The territory is very beautiful and large, you can enjoy the views of the sea and mountains. We recommend this hotel. Tourists are loved here, and this is very important now
We had a rest in early September 2024, at the beginning of the rest it seemed to be nothing, but the hotel was dirty. The computer at the reception is covered with flies, and the computer is white, food waste is transported in elevators, it stinks of vomit, how many people rested in different hotels for the first time.
The room had a sea view, but under the balcony there is a large dump and a trash can, which is adjacent to the playground. But the most fun begins at 5 a.m. (it's a pity that you can't attach a video, only a photo), when a garbage truck arrives and starts dumping 15 tanks, one after another, and then a restaurant employee starts throwing boxes with bottles of about 30 pieces into an empty tank, then a Bulgarian woman connects, so the rest was a success!
There is not enough meat in the restaurant with an abundance of dishes. Enterprising tourists catch it and when you approach the distribution, one onion and potatoes are floating in pots. There are always either undercooked or burnt dishes on the grill. There are different sun beds on the beach and there are not enough of them, with sagging seats or broken ones, there is often no paper in the toilets, the toilet is washed from time to time, usually in hotels everything is constantly washed, cleaned, but this is not about this hotel!
In the main restaurant, mini tables need to bend over to eat, the only tables and chairs are normal on the balcony, on the street, but there are no air conditioners, spoons and forks often had to be taken by themselves. The reception was contacted five times to encode the card to enter the room
I'll put 5 for the location!!! The location is great, no one is sitting on your head on the beach! No need to run headlong in the morning and take a sunbed. This is where all the advantages end. The hotel is rented and that says it all. They squeeze all the juices out of it. We bought vouchers for a fairly low price with a successful flight both there and back! If it were more expensive, it would be quite a shame, but we enjoyed the sea and evening walks. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel...

We had a rest in September 2024, and were extremely dissatisfied with the work of the accommodation service. They are specially settled in a "dead" room in which it is simply impossible to live, and if you do not like it, you pay extra to live in human conditions. Apparently this is their working scheme. This simply shouldn't happen, especially in a 5-star hotel. Shame on you! The food was on the 3rd, something was delicious, but mostly just edible. Among the advantages is the territory of the hotel with a magnificent view, beautifully maintained, several swimming pools, a private beach. I was also pleased with the animation.
I liked everything very much! The food , the territory is huge , entertainment , everything is there ! I'll come here again, well done guys , they try to please the guests .

The air conditioners didn't work properly for days, it's sooo important. The administration promised to solve the problem, but it remained that way. There is enough food in the restaurant, but every day is monotonous, in the morning you can make juice yourself, but 1 press does not work, you will stand in line for alcohol, look for glasses or glasses yourself, the waiters work slowly. I often saw people waiting for a free table, also with sun beds near the pools and on the beach, they take it in the morning and may not even come during the day. Rooms are cleaned mediocre, linen is changed once, towels more often. The refrigerator is not replenished, only what was on arrival. There is only water in the refrigerators on site. There is a garbage dump on the territory, they do not have time to clean up. From the good: water slides, animation, activities with children, spa, beach - small pebbles, sand, and that's it. Special thanks to our guide Raphael, he tried 100%. The best thing is the sea. But it is also available in other hotels. If you want to relax, and not solve everyday problems, I do not recommend this hotel for recreation. 5 stars does not match. I will not come to this hotel a second time.

The hotel was chosen for a long time. We looked at the price-quality ratio. My friends wanted it cheaper, I looked at the conditions that I am ready to put up with on vacation. As a result, we took a chance and bought vouchers to Amara comfort, after reading rave reviews. For 8 nights, friends got 220 thousand for two, I have 175 thousand, with single room accommodation. Flight by Turks from St. Petersburg.
Unfortunately, most of the reviews about the hotel are general, it is difficult to make an impression. Someone is doing well, someone is doing badly. And what exactly is good is unclear. There are many positive reviews about the kitchen at the hotel: "Everything is delicious, you won't stay hungry! There are no lobsters, but this is not a luxury!" I wasn't expecting lobsters, and I wasn't even expecting shrimp. But, as it turned out, not everything is so simple and fun. But I'll start with the most vivid impression of the holiday.
Check-in: The reception is rude and bartering with rooms! We arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. I was provided with a room corresponding to the one indicated in the voucher, in the main building overlooking the sea. Friends began to persistently settle in bungalows. Rooms in bungalows are cheaper when buying a tour for 30-35 thousand. At my request to provide a room in the main building, the young man was rude to me, saying that everything was fine with my room and I would go far away to my room or I would be settled in a bungalow. He promised to move his friends to a room in the main building only in the morning. In the evening, after the road, they did not want to brawl further. After reading reviews about the hotel, how to solve issues when checking in for $ 30, everything was clear to me. By the evening, all the rooms were "sold" for an additional fee. A question for the hotel management. Do you think this is normal? When do your employees sell the best rooms, but the guests cannot provide the rooms that are indicated in the voucher and confirmed? Will this have a positive effect on the rating of the hotel, which is already low? Naturally, the staff changed in the morning, and no one wanted to hear anything about relocation according to the voucher. The bungalow was on the ground floor overlooking the main path to the beach, the room is damp, the shower does not work well, the room itself is small, the door to the balcony is 1.5 x 2 m. There are generally constant fights and swearing because of the rooms in all languages, including Turkish. Even the Turks are treated the same as everyone else. Anex's guide helped with the relocation, for which I thank him very much. I didn't expect the guides at the hotel to decide anything other than selling excursions. At 12.30 pm, after several visits to the reception without belongings and with friends' belongings, they were moved to the main building. Of the 8 nights of rest - 1 night and half a day minus.
My room on the 6th floor had a really good view, apart from the garbage dump under the window and the constant noise from the air conditioners. The room itself is large, comfortable, as in the picture on the hotel's website, the plumbing is working, the air conditioning, everything worked. (I remind you, the price is 175 000 rubles for one person for 8 nights).
Room cleaning: out of 8 nights, 3 times no one came to clean at all. I collected the garbage in a bag and put it out the door. After the "warm welcome" somehow I didn't want to come up to the reception once again and spoil my mood.
Food: There is a lot of food in the main restaurant. There is a queue for grilled meat: either turkey or chicken. In general, it is edible, but it gets terribly boring in a week. I saw mutton stewed once. A fish of a strange kind similar to mackerel or herring. The type of fish is not specified. Beef was also served once, the queue is huge, it's not something to cut, it's not possible to eat. The cow died in vain. It is difficult to choose cheese. A lot of weathered, dried, with a plasticine taste. In general, not cheese, but a cheese product. This is the first time I've seen this in Turkey. Pastries and bread are old, not tasty, everything crumbles. No one will bring you drinks, you need to stand in line. There were constantly running out of coffee cups at breakfast. At 7.20 there are no more cups. The scrambled eggs are also strange, I saw how they take them ready and warm them up. How do you like the warmed fried eggs? Soups are made from sachets, with flavor enhancers. Mashed potatoes made from powder. The impression of the restaurant is a cheap canteen - eatery.
What's delicious: Coffee. In the restaurant, and in the coffee shop. Excellent grains, dense regular foam in cappuccino and latte. Excellent coffee machines. The cheese pizza at the snack bar by the pool is delicious. There's nothing with sausages either, if it weren't for soy sausage. The dough is thin and delicious. In the restaurant, the dough in the pizza is completely different, fast food. Not a bad jam for pancakes for breakfast without thickeners. I've seen lukum a couple of times. Lots of greenery. Almost always sweet and ripe melons, watermelons, nectarines.
In general, you can stay hungry if you are not used to eating in cheap catering. I often stayed hungry. It was good that there were fruits and vegetables.
Bars and alcohol: you can drink white wine, sparkling wine or sour champagne, like our "Soviet champagne". Good cocktails are prepared in the lobby. A smile and a simple "thank you" in any language: Turkish, English or Russian work wonders. And if you leave a small tip, they can make a good strawberry daisy or aperol, although they are not on the bar card. Of course, as everywhere else, it is better to name the brand of alcohol, so that the local one is not poured. In general, all bars have responsive and attentive staff. The bars and the pastry shop left a positive impression. That's just hard to last a week on coffee with ice cream and watermelons, eating all this pizza. However, there are also French fries! So as not to starve at all.
Beach: Beautiful, warm and clean sea has nothing to do with the hotel. The sun beds are old, a lot of broken ones, it is difficult to go down to the sea, there are either no ladders or they are broken, you need to jump into the sand. A shower on the beach with very little pressure. A hose with water helps out. The wooden paths are crooked and old.
Animation: in general, it's not bad, they put interesting mixes, not bad aqua aerobics in the sea.
In conclusion, I would like to make a few suggestions to the hotel administration:
- buy coffee cups at the main restaurant
- make normal stairs to the beach so that guests do not break their legs going down to the sea
- if it is not possible to adjust the operation of the showers on the beach, another hose is the way out
- It is better to close the "Italian" panoramic restaurant altogether and not poison the guests. Apart from olives, water and coffee, you can't eat anything there at all, it's dangerous for your health. There you can open another bar, even if it is paid, people will pay for the sea view. Or just feed them pizza, which is so wonderfully baked on the beach.
- deal with the staff at the reception, so that they would not be rude and check in, according to the reservation. This is the main point that spoils your rating.
Those who are looking for a good five with the concept of "Ultra all inclusive", look further, this hotel does not match either one or the other. I'm explaining why. We rested with my wife from 07/22/2024 to 30.07.2024. The hotel itself is generally not bad, the beach is also good, sandy and pebbly and you can't do without shoes there, approaching the water. But there are practically no boulders, as in many other places. And there is a pier. The sea is close, there are enough sunbeds, they are all soft. The sea is not crystal clear, as it is written, small debris floats, it needs to be cleaned better. All the problems of the hotel converge to one thing - incompetent staff. There are no complaints only about the animation service. The guys are doing their job well. There are all kinds of entertainment on the beach and by the pool all day, you will not be bored, especially for children. There are foam parties. On Fridays, there is a chic disco on site. Let's start with the most important problem - the lack of timely repair of anything. They put us in a room with a dripping air conditioner, pretending that they did not know about it and we constantly went 4 days out of 8 and asked to fix it. As a result, they did not fix it and we asked for relocation. They collected all the things, moved them, put them back instead of resting. Instead of a large bed, two small ones were pushed together. There was also no closet, as in the original version, where we could put things as it was. There are 4 elevators in the hotel and some are idle for several days. They are poorly cleaned. Gels and shampoos are out, they won't replenish them for you until you ask. The towel rail fell off, the lighting in the room partially broke, the whitewash fell off, the wallpaper peeled off - nothing is being repaired. In the next room, they said that the water does not drain in the shower due to an incorrect slope. And they don't fix that either. It shouldn't be like this in the top five. The restaurant is constantly running out of coffee mugs and juice glasses, this is very poorly monitored. You can make fresh orange juice for breakfast. There were three juicers, but one broke, stood broken for three days, and then they completely removed, leaving two. The queues for juice are always long. In principle, everything is not bad for alcohol, there are plenty to choose from. There is bottled beer, including non-alcoholic, soda in glass. Only they don't advertise it. One of the last days, I was refused beer altogether, referring to the boss, but they refused to call him when I started asking. They said, they say, drink draft beer. I say I want a bottle, the bartender says no, I won't give it. I was shocked, went to the reception with this problem, asked why I should beg for a beer when I paid for the "Ultra"? They chatted something on their own, said, sorry, he probably misunderstood you. Well, of course it's a lie. Of course, I have not encountered anything like this yet. There were no more problems with this, but the sediment remained very bad. At the second dinner, grilled fish was given for the rest. It turned out to be rotten. Apparently, it went bad, but not all of it, it was thrown out, but it was checked badly and my wife got a rotten one. Later in the evening, there was a stench of rotten fish all over the floor. Fortunately, they didn't get poisoned. There are ice cream balls on the territory, but you won't find out about this right away either. After 23:30, only the Bistro is open, you can eat and drink there, in general it's not bad, but even here you first need to run after the waiters so that they come to take the order. If it wasn't for such a bad staff, then overall, the hotel was good. There are much more bad impressions than good ones. It is also necessary to clarify that it costs quite a lot, 216 thousand rubles cost a trip for two for 8 nights. And you can choose something better for that kind of money. And while there is such a lame service, I definitely will not return there anymore and will not advise anyone!
The hotel itself is nothing, the food is so-so, it's the same every day. We arrived at the hotel on 08/25/24. The tour was 385,000 for 3 adults and a child of 2 years old for 9 days. It took an hour to get from the airport. Upon arrival, a swing with rooms begins, they say there is no free "standard", but there is a free "family" for a day, but the next day they said that they would move to our "standard" when they were free, or stay for $ 80 per day since there were 4 of us, 20 per person. I didn't want to pay extra, because the ticket came out so cool ....
In general, we settled in for a day and started punching to stay further. In general, we agreed with the administrator with an additional payment of $ 100 for the entire stay.
Now about the room, we liked the family room, it's spacious, there are jambs in the form of loose tiles under the table, the bed swings when you turn over.... it feels like on a train, tuh-tuh, tuh-tuh))), but they didn't pay much attention to it... There is no shelf for soap accessories in the shower, which is inconvenient.... there are also no hooks on the bathroom door for towels, we asked the staff to take a picture and did not fix anything, I was also surprised that waffle sheets were used instead of a blanket))
About food.... Honestly, it sucks, I thought it would be "Wow" in Turkey, but no... In general, one over-dried chicken and a turkey are served from meat in different interpretations, but they are already tired... There was boiled beef with vegetables, which was caught from there, but the vegetables remained))) the queue for it is about 10 minutes, and it is not yet a fact that there will be a piece left, you will wait for another new tray, there were small kebabs with gravy, but it was not at all tasty) They also made beef on the grill like steaks, also full of bullshit))) There has never been any mutton!
For fish: there is one grilled mackerel and some boiled fish and that's it...., no sea bass, no dorado, no trout, I did not see osterina either))))
Soups... in general, it's a separate story... in the evening, they put 2 types of soups and they just suck and the same soups are served at lunch the next day))) as a rule, it is tomato and vegetable broccoli, I really wanted at least chicken broth, but there was none, in the end I scooped broth from boiled chicken for a lean menu)))
Salads are also bullshit, one cabbage with tomatoes and cucumbers in different interpretations...
Seafood... there are none, no shrimp, no squid, no octopus at all... Forget it)
Porridge is given in the morning of 3 types, semolina (one slurry), rice and oatmeal, but they do not know how to cook, it's full of rubbish...
From fruits: there are always watermelons, peaches and apples, pears, plums... Sometimes there are melons and for breakfast you can squeeze orange juice yourself, but you wait in line for a juice squeezer, and you also cut oranges yourself, the game is full)))
From sweets, everything is monotonous and without "Wow", although there is a large selection, but few sweets like "baklava" there are only two types...
Now the most important thing ....
Alcohol is not bad, there is a Scotch Passport from whiskey, Bells and Jim Beam, they pour without attention Bells to everyone, but if you ask, without question, they pour good alcohol, but ask for all tips if you want to be constantly poured))) the Havanna club, Olmeca, and so on ...
Cocktails are made on the dump, they are not tasty, they cannot be compared with the original ones, but you can drink...
Of the advantages: the location is close to the sea, a good pool, music by the pool, but it beats from 10 a.m. without stopping until 7 p.m. (there is almost no Russian music), who lives in bungals opposite the pool do not envy at all, animation every day in the pool in the form of aerobics, in the evening animation in the form of performances and dances and a disco until 12. You can smoke a hookah in the evening by the sea for $ 15
The view is beautiful to the mountains and the hotel is generally well maintained, but there are little things in the form of unwashed and uncomfortable steps on the beach, as previously written in the comments and an inconvenient descent from them...
There is a 24-hour restaurant "Bistro" where you can order burgers, spaghetti chicken schnitzel and French fries, but it's not tasty either, but you won't starve))
Also on the 7th floor there is an Ala-kart (Italian rest) 1 visit is free. We ordered salmon and perch, as a result there was trout and sea bass, there was no perch, we brought a spicy paste the same as in a regular rest, the same olives and the same boiled vegetables, i.e. except for the kind of nothing interesting.... the food there also sucks...
It's up to you to take such a hotel for such an amount or choose something better, put a like if the review was useful)
