2 months ago, my hair was ruined in this salon. After being invited to the salon to discuss the problem, I spent a free evening to hear from the master that it was my own fault, as I was warned that "hair may become drier at the ends where it was previously dyed" (literally). As a result, the hair layer was reduced to the state of rigid springs and knots on the hair and could not be laid, because it was simply absolutely killed.
Initially, when addressing the issue of coloring, both in correspondence and in conversation, I repeatedly emphasized that gentle coloring is essential without severe loss of hair quality.
Later, I was contacted via instagram and offered a recovery procedure to smooth out the situation and promised to contact me as soon as it appeared.
As a result, I had to cut my hair as much as possible and restore it with a specialized master.
No one in their right mind would agree to do coloring if they were warned in advance that a possible result would be a washcloth on their head (rather than slightly drier hair).

07.08.2024.I want to express my gratitude to Master Snezhana , I was at hair coloring for the first time .In advance, the administrator told and consulted everything, offered an option and a coloring technique, indicated all the details: the approximate time of the procedure, address and cost. The master performed a hair diagnosis, determined the number of light strands, told and gave examples of home care products, took into account all wishes.The procedure takes about 3 hours, the cost is 250 rubles.My hair before and after is shown in the photo

Considering the fact that I am a demanding client and my recent past in the beauty field as a master, I can say with all confidence that this is the place where I will return more than once. Without exaggeration, everything is at the highest level, starting from the administrator, who tactfully conducted a conversation with me in the institute, answering all my questions, and then brought me coffee and a phone charger several times during the coloring process, ending with the head. It's not for nothing that I mentioned Him in my review, because it's not difficult to create a team of professionals, but to create a team in which everyone gives a piece of themselves in the course of their work is aerobatics. And now there will be a separate and unearthly thank you to Master Anastasia, who carefully and reverently listened to all my requests, took into account all the factors accompanying my situation, and clearly explained what we can get at the end. I also want to note that during the half of the day that I spent in the studio, I inadvertently noticed for myself an undeniable fact: all the employees are in a good mood, are disposed to dialogue and are burning with their work. I visited two masters, I liked it very much both times, I was delighted with the result in both cases 😍
The first time I came to the coloring, and the chosen color and the coloring itself are an absolute hit! It is also such a comfortable and pleasant communication☺️☺️
I came for toning the second time, and the tone and the process itself are wonderful! The tone is fine, although it was almost a month ago) It usually washes off much faster.
In general, not just masters work in the studio, but sorceresses 🤌🏻🤌🏻

11.06.24 I did complex coloring with master Ekaterina , this girl is a Master of her craft with a capital letter . I am very pleased with the result . I also want to cancel the service in the studio at the highest level , the administrator is a very attentive and friendly girl. There is parking near the studio , which is a huge plus . I did complex coloring with master Oksana. I really liked the result, individual approach, polite staff. Coloring really lasts a very long time. This is the second time I have come to this salon. I went for 6 months with the first staining. Thank you very much to Oksana for such a wonderful result. I will only go to this salon.

I was led by good reviews about the salon, but as a result I was faced with the fact that my hair was spoiled and dyed green, I did not have high expectations, but green instead of blonde is too much. For such a price, I wanted to get quality.
I went to another salon to fix it, fortunately there are more experienced craftsmen there.
I do not recommend Master Snezhana . Maybe others are better and I was just unlucky.
I give one star for the polite staff
