The hotel is really 3 stars, economy class. But the staff tries to make your stay comfortable. The girls at the reception speak a little Russian, plus they have a Google translator at hand, so there are no problems with the language. But the bed linen is changed only after a persistent request. Breakfasts are monotonous, but you can always choose something.
