We stayed with friends at this wonderful hotel! Quiet, cozy, modern! The owner of the hotel is very hospitable, thank him very much! The rooms are beautiful, clean (so clean that you can walk around the hotel in socks)), bright. The hotel is new. In the morning we were treated to coffee with pies) very nice. There is a swimming pool, a closed area, at night you can look at the stars, clean air, very soft water (even the air conditioner is not needed, the girls will understand) Recommend 👌🏼

A great and cozy hotel. New, built a year ago. It's all clear. Separately, I would like to say a huge thank you to the hotel owner for his hospitality! All our questions and requests, even those not related to the hotel, were immediately resolved! I definitely advise you to visit and will recommend it to your friends! It's a rare case when the hotel looks worse in the photo than it really is.

While traveling in Armenia, we chose Sevan as an intermediate point for rest after long trips. Of the many offers, we chose the Louvre Hotel. Back in Russia, they looked closely, but they finally made a decision on the spot. In this case, we did not book anything in advance because we considered stopping in other cities. According to Yandex Navigator, we quickly found the hotel, the owner, Vage, met us, he was very friendly and accepted us like family. The hotel fully matches the description. The territory is well maintained, the Parking is closed. It is bright and beautiful inside, perfect cleanliness, the room is spacious and very comfortable, there is everything you need. When choosing a hotel, comfort and service were important to us first and foremost, and the Louvre fully met our expectations. I would like to mention the continental breakfast separately. We didn't express any wishes except for the time, so it was a pleasant surprise for us: lots of snacks, desserts, very tasty and satisfying. Vage is a responsive and very attentive host, always ready to help. When I found out where we were going to have dinner, I said that there was a 10% discount for the residents of his hotel (in our case it was 3500 AMD), when we left, I told them where to go, put the dots in the navigator, it helped a lot. In general, it's a great place, I recommend it to everyone. And if I visit Sevan again, I will definitely stop at the Louvre.

This place is a paradise! The host is incredibly kind and hospitable, and the staff is always smiling and ready to help. We were surprised by upgrading the room and treated to a delicious breakfast — we did not expect this! The room is clean, cozy, with thoughtful details. The silence here is soothing, and in the morning the singing of birds wakes up so gently that the day begins with joy. The atmosphere was warm, and I didn't want to leave at all. It's a great hotel. It was built not long ago. The staff is the most responsive that I've seen, and they'll help you with everything if it's your first time. No matter which city they left their number in, call us and we'll help. The rooms are large, cozy and warm. The location is great near Sevan. There is a swimming pool. The photos show the condition of the rooms. In general, I definitely recommend it.

A luxurious hotel with friendly and hospitable hosts. I stayed for 1 night on January 23-24. It was -19° outside, but it was warm inside without a hint that it was winter outside. The room is amazing – super-large bed, underfloor heating, nice shower. I recommend it!

Pros: very beautiful and clean area, nice room, snow-white linen, there is a swimming pool, Parking, good price. In the territory of the rose, rabbits are running around.
Cons: the owner asks you to leave feedback on the booking service, but if you put less than 10 (out of 10 possible), then it's better not to put it. I felt like the market was unpleasant. And after that, the coffee offered did not seem sincere. They refused. The audibility in the rooms is hellish. We were "lucky" - the neighbors were a sweet couple who had fun as much as they could, and we became unwitting participants in this…
You can even hear everything that happens in the toilet.
And the most interesting thing is that none of us left a review on the booking, but we are rated 10 without a description of the review. Maybe it's a mistake, but it doesn't seem that way anymore))

We were from January 6 to January 7, 2025, the owner of the hotel met us, helped us with the check-in and was generally very hospitable! In the morning I bought coffee and helped with the flat tire of our car.

A paradise in a small town. This is the first time I have seen such hospitality. It started with the fact that we were given a room more expensive than the one we had booked, without removing a single extra penny. To the question "Why did you give us this room?" The owner replied, "The room is free, why not."
Throughout the entire presence, the staff was as polite as possible.
At the end, before leaving, the owner treated us to a cake and coffee.

Wonderful hosts, the attitude towards the guests is very good, attentive, they told and showed everything. We arrived 3 hours earlier, checked in without any problems, and when we left, we were allowed to stay in the room for another 5 hours for free. The rooms are clean, bed linen, shower are all for 5+. Everything is done efficiently. There is a warm swimming pool.
