At the very entrance, we were met by a very friendly staff. We were escorted to a table and regularly asked how we were doing. We ordered pasta with shrimp and meat. We liked everything very much, especially tiramisu with pistachio cream. Indeed, we can say that Perez is better off than in Italy. I highly recommend this place to visit

For a whole hour, a lot of dirty dishes were not taken away from us, although the waiter even came to take our tea order, but did not remove the dishes. After that, we waited for this tea for another 30 minutes. During all this time, none of the 3 waiters paid attention to our table, no matter how hard we tried to attract him. As a result, we were able to catch a hookah man and ask the waiter to come over. During this time, a cake was taken out to all the tables in honor of the institution's birthday, but our table was the only one in the hall, forgotten by everyone and filled with dirty dishes. As a result, at the request of the hookah bar, the waiter came up, we were reminded about the tea and it was brought to us anyway. And all this wonderful service cost us only 80 thousand tenge. Perhaps it is better to use this money differently than to go to this institution.

A very chic restaurant. The other day we were with a group of girls. I liked everything, the atmosphere, the kitchen, the unusual dishes, the plates with TAROT symbols, and what delicious desserts, especially with caramel. And the horsemeat medallions were just like raffaello.

Considering the cost of dishes and drinks (especially alcoholic ones), I would like to get delicious food, and not only the beauty and "atmosphere" of this place
Parking - there is no parking in principle)
You have to search along (and this is a one-way street)
1 star - because for me personally it was my last trip to this restaurant)

"It didn't work out to visit this restaurant with a certificate hoping for a pleasant evening and memories. The administration not only failed to serve our certificate correctly, but also showed a complete lack of loyalty to customers. Their attitude was unprofessional and indifferent. I would not recommend this place to anyone who appreciates the time and quality service from the staff."

A place where you want to stay.
The Pistachio Tiramisu dessert is worth flying to Astana for breakfast. The kitchen is a separate pleasure for the taste buds. The service is excellent, it feels like the best waiters work here.

I found out about this restaurant from an advertisement on Instagram, then my friends also advised me
I booked a table for breakfast on the girl's birthday
Impressions:
1) the kitchen, croissant with raspberries, madame's croc with salmon are delicious. Cheesecake is just a fairy tale 😋
2) latte is delicious
3) the service is excellent, we have encountered this in few places in Astana, all the staff are very friendly, polite, it's just class. Not even just your waiter, but everything.
4) the surroundings, the interior - a lot of details, everything is very stylish, downright chic.
5) tablecloths, cleanliness, the waiter even cleaned the crumbs with some special device from the tablecloth after the meal)) gorgeous
6) our waiter Alyona congratulated us on our birthday, brought out a dessert with a candle
7) there was a 20% discount for the birthday boy.
We were super satisfied, we will come again!

The place is good, but the sediment remains unpleasant. We announced a promotion that there will be a 10% discount when paying with an infiniti visa card. In fact, when we paid and asked for a discount, they said that someone had messed up something there and there was no such discount. A very unpleasant situation that could not have happened in a decent place.
