I didn't like it, but there were advantages too.
On the plus side: I liked that it looks like there is automation, a CRM system and a script chatbot, which means quick responses and a reminder about recording. I liked the work of professional massage therapists.
If you didn't like it, everything else. I was really surprised. The client comes to the spa not only for relaxation, but also for beauty and aesthetics. The blue and red slates in the sauna are immediately noticeable, as well as the lack of uniforms for the staff (one was wearing an orange T-shirt with flowers, the other was wearing a black adidas). A green plastic water tank that looks like a trash can. Shampoos, soaps, and oils are straight from the store. Excuse me, why would a client need to know that the liquid soap of the brand is "Everything in the house", and the micellar is Vitex? Buy black plastic bottles with labels on WB, pour all the liquids into them and don't be ashamed. Tea should be leafy, not a couple of tea bags in a transparent teapot. Remove these cheapest and tasteless candies - there should be nuts, dried apricots, raisins, prunes. Replace the artificial rose dust collector in the tea area with a panel made of stabilized moss. Remove the extension cord from the massage room, which stretches all over the floor and spoils the view. The masters should not talk to each other in Thai and laugh (write down the rules). I was a little confused by the smell of dampness in the washroom and the crawling wetness. And yes, in the hammam, lay towels on the tables, not a disposable thin cloth. Ideally, replace the light there (very gloomy). The toilet should have a hook for a bathrobe, a holder for a phone and toilet paper. Throw away the rusty trash can. Clean the box from the ear sticks (there are hairs and cobwebs). Paint the doors and walls at the entrance. Dirty carpet - dry cleaning is needed. The administrator did not ask if we liked everything and there is no book of reviews. But we didn 't like everything 😁
The massage is good, I really liked it. The service is at zero . After the massage, they immediately kicked out into the corridor, did not let them lick for a couple of minutes, rest. We stood in the hallway and went to change clothes , but we were not offered tea . You had to ask the administrator about all your movements. In general , I did not like it , I do not recommend it .
The hammam is disgusting and outdated, the hammam is not heated up before the procedures, some kind of stinky steam is coming, the taps are broken , they lay in a cold hammam for 20 minutes while they started doing the procedures , the administrator is strange , rude and a liar , with a fee, behaves arrogantly with customers, for making a remark about the quality of slippers and a cold hammam , blacklisted our number , ( it turned out half a year later when a friend invited us for a massage) that I was not welcome there and allegedly I insulted her by making a remark about the quality of the services provided. They put it on the list without even warning or finding out the truth .On the spot, she came up with a story that she was allegedly insulted in every possible way, she had never met such arrogant people in her life. .The owners apparently do not control and do not check and take her word for it, they asked to give the phone number of the owner of this SPA salon to find out the situation , flatly refused that they allegedly did not give the number, and they would call back themselves , The Thai girls do the massage well , but because of the administrator they do not want to go back there and I do not recommend it to you.
