02/13/2025, 12:00 p.m. I was at this SPA for the Thai Renaissance procedure. I didn't like it at all. This is not my first time visiting a SPA, so there is something to compare it with. Firstly, the administrator's lack of customer orientation. To propose a program, tea, and explain how long and what will happen is the base, I believe. I felt like I went to her house and asked her to perform the procedure. There are no complaints about the procedure itself, but the Thai woman conducting the procedure is also very rude in her statements, perhaps these are echoes of their nationality. The tea room is located in the hall, although it should be a separate room. There is tea on the table, which I don't know how long it was before me, the receptionist didn't even offer. Of course, this company will not lose anything from me, but I have no desire to return here at all. They also delete reviews in 2gis)

We recently visited Lotus Spa and were satisfied with the quality of the services provided. I visited the SPA for the first time, I LIKED IT. The "Tykes", who were not very pleasant in appearance, had all parts of the body washed, cleaned, scraped, and joints twisted. In general, I recommend it.
