Cool house territory, closed courtyard, clean, cozy.
But it was so cold in the apartment that I went out at -5 degrees to warm myself outside ...... just, I can't put it into words ....
I don't know how in other apartments of this residential complex. But I had 1 studio room, and the loggia was connected to the room, it was wildly cold from there. And in the bathroom you could store food instead of a refrigerator)))))) there wasn't even a coil, that's why it was so cold... I hope that everything is different in other apartments.
The LCD itself is great! Modern.
But there is another disadvantage:
There are 14 apartments on one floor (as far as I remember).
But I've never met any neighbors.
