The place is great, the cottage is great, the Birch tree was removed. There are disadvantages, please pay attention - there is no hot water, the curtains do not close on the second floor. The kitchen cannot cope with a large number of guests. The territory is well maintained, the pools are excellent. I give three stars only because the staff service is very poor.

We all liked the Lotus complex, the rooms were very clean, the staff were kind, especially it was pleasant to relax in nature in the tapchans. However, there is one caveat: the prices were expensive.

The idea is excellent overall, the pool in the large courtyard is clean and with majolica, which cannot be said about the second pool in the second courtyard, painted and the water is dirty. And another huge disadvantage is that we stayed in a Turkish house, there was one air conditioner for the whole house on the second floor and it was terribly hot to sleep. As for the kitchen, everything that was cooked there, well, I did not like it (a matter of taste) I tried it tastier at times. It is not convenient that karaoke is located in the dining room. The sound quality is terrible. WiFi on the territory works terribly, the network is not properly configured at all, which catches somewhere, is overloaded somewhere, and the network speed is generally low. I had to use WiFi because the mobile network works terribly here. In general, everything is fine, but there is something to work on to be the best.

A great place for a corporate party! A huge territory! 40 people will fit comfortably. Nice pools. Excellent conditions for holding various contests. Just your company and that's it. No one else's. Rest easy😊👍
