A two-bedroom apartment in an old atmospheric house. A big plus is the location, the very center, metro, train station, attractions within walking distance. The apartment is clean and cozy.
Cons: high fourth floor without elevator, shared kitchen and other amenities
There are no complaints about communication, everyone explained how to get in, but since they booked through Tinkoff, it was not clear how and what, there was a very poor description. This is a two-bedroom apartment with high audibility.
Towels were provided, but one small one per person and blue, which, unlike white, are more difficult to understand how clean they are, but did not swell with something not spicy as in other reviews.
Due to the shared kitchen and bathroom with toilet, the feeling that everything is dirty because guests use it, there are stains, hair, etc. - it is not comfortable. I would not go a second time, the view is not very noisy, during these days you can find something else.
A great guest house. There are several metro stations nearby. Independence Square, red Church, Stolitsa shopping center. On foot from the train station and the Central bus station 5-10 minutes on foot. They settled in quickly. You can pay in cash or by card online payment. Quietly. calmly. There is a shared kitchen, hairdryer, kettle. iron. Clear. They allowed me to arrive earlier. No additional payment was taken.
Dear Russians and Belarusians, if you want to save money on hotels and so on, then I definitely do not recommend it! It's better to spend an extra thousand on a good hotel than on this Guest house, (although the guest house is one name) it looks like a communal apartment!!!
This is the worst accommodation I've rented in my life! The apartment is very dirty, the room was so stuffy that even an open balcony did not help, of course there is no air conditioning, the windows overlook the roadway where cars with motorcycles are rushing, and there is also a railway road nearby (there are not enough screaming drunks under the windows) thank God that I stayed for one night, since this I still couldn't sleep that night... there are no cupboards for things, and no TV either.. for that, the whole bathtub with a sink in her hair... even the apartment neighbors screamed half the night, one Polish woman to another from Canada😅🤦♀️ neighbors whom we deserved🤦♀️ and I wish the owner to change the name, look at how the GUEST HOUSES look And YOU WILL UNDERSTAND That COMPARED to other houses this is heaven and earth😂
I do not recommend it to people with sore legs and normal hearing. We stayed from May 24 to May 26, 2024. The apartment is on the 4th floor, the stairs to climb are terrible. I didn't sleep both nights, because the windows of the apartment overlook not just the city, but the railway, along which trains and trains are rushing, but the most terrible thing is on the highway, along which trucks, police cars with beeps, motorcyclists and other motorists rush at night, who begin to gas right in front of the windows, that isK. there is a traffic light nearby. It was hot and it was impossible to close all the windows, and it was pointless, windows without sound insulation. There is no air conditioning. There are no anti-mosquito nets on the windows, so there were crowds of mosquitoes on the ceiling. They attacked us all night. You can only stay in room 3 (windows facing the courtyard). The underwear is "biting", and the pillows are suitable only for newborns. It's a stretch to say that it's clean...the repairs were done a long time ago. On the positive side: the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away. Be sure to bring a bathrobe with you.
The apartment is divided into 3 rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared. Clean, cozy and close to the train stations and the center within walking distance. The only downside is there is no TV in the room.
Disgusting treatment of potential customers. No sooner had we settled in, than the owner, a man named Vitaly, yelled at us.
We arrived earlier and called him, hoping to just leave things and leave, a common practice. If they had said no, we would have just found a storage box. They started offering us options for relocation to another address, but we refused. We booked a place 1.5 months before arrival, but the reservation was not paid. After some time, we were informed that we would not live on Mesnyakov Street, and our place of residence was moved to Romanovskaya Sloboda Street. And they stressed, either there or look for a new place. Out of desperation, we agreed, arriving at this apartment, we started talking again about why we were moved without our knowledge and simply confronted with the fact. To which the answer was screams and hysteria from Vitaly's side, and this man demanded a change from us for disturbing him. As a girl, I was even afraid to continue the conversation. I was afraid that in this state he might hit me and even his girlfriend wouldn't stop him. It's good that we managed to cancel the reservation. I do not recommend it!!!
We had to check into this "hotel". There is no sign, you have to make roaming calls so that you are secretly informed about the 4 front 41 apartments! After ringing the intercom, my husband, my child and I were not even allowed inside the front door. They said call me back in 5 minutes, they will clarify who we are. As a result, other people settled into our fully paid place. And they called us names!
I made the reservation through the island, they didn't react at all!
A small three-bedroom apartment in a five-storey residential building, converted into a dorm. There was no elevator, of course. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Heavy suitcases had to be dragged up the stairs on foot. The rooms are cold, despite the heating, so I had to sleep in warm clothes. The mattresses are uncomfortable. The towels and bed linen provided were unwashed (the smell is clear) - I advise you not to use or at least check. The walls are made of cardboard, so the audibility is appropriate, it's hard to sleep. In a room for two, 90% of the area is a bed, literally. Tea bags in the kitchen - and those with some kind of mold. The kitchen is dirty, the surfaces are covered in greasy splashes (even the chair and tables), the sofa with incomprehensible stains. Of the good ones - microwave, electric kettle, hot water, location in the very center, flexible check-in time. The photos do not reflect reality (there were photos of three different rooms in the lot "for two", but we were settled in the most miserable room). In fairness, we settled the issue and were allowed to move to another room without additional payment, we were lucky that it was free. You can spend one night, but it's better to save your nerves and rent an apartment for rent. I hope the mistakes will be taken into account.
When I arrived at the Guest House, I couldn't find where to go on the website, there was no hot water from June 18 to July 1. So if you are going for a few days, know that there is only cold water. On the positive side, the house is located not far from the railway station, recently from the center. The kitchen is clean, everything is there. Can I cook something
Booked (with the required prepayment!) room, arrived at 22:30.
There is no sign. There is no one there.
The receptionist is not answering the phone.
We learned the apartment number from the neighbors.
Finally, half an hour later, when they were already calling from someone else's number, the administrator "deigned to finally pick up the phone" - and said that "he had already left" and was not going to open the door for us...
In general, they complained about him on the Island.
We stayed for 4 days. We walked from the train station, 5 minutes. The subway is across the street. The rooms are spacious, shared bathroom and kitchen, but very clean. I recommend it!
I'll give you two stars for the location. We had a mattress with a hole in our 3rd room, we had to sleep together on the same bed. That's horrible. Pay through the website, because the administrator sends a link that took 1000 rubles more than it was written when I booked.
The guest house is divided into three rooms. In the room in which he lived, the beds are terrible, the place is very small, there is no repair. Shared kitchen, bathroom and bathroom. I do not recommend it.
Of the advantages- 10 minutes on foot from the railway and bus station. Of the minuses, the number was given neither the one that we booked and no one responds to messages
An ordinary communal apartment, with a toilet! You need to come with your bathrobe or rent both available rooms! And the price is considerable, almost 70 br, you can find an apartment for daily rent
New renovation, but monstrous mattresses with protruding springs. Sleeping on them is painful and uncomfortable. Avoid this place if you like to get enough sleep and don't want your whole body to ache in the morning.
