We ordered a metal frame for a staircase to a country house. I am very pleased with the project and installation. The worst organization! I ordered a bedside table back in August! The first attempt at installation was in early November, the pedestal did not match the dimensions, the handles were screwed in the wrong places, the agreed details were not taken into account, the gaps were curved, the drawers did not move. They said they were overeating. The second attempt at installation was in mid-November , as a result , the sink that the measurer measured did not fit into the grooves , the bathtub was scratched . They said they would redo everything again. They took the sink away to make everything exactly according to the parameters . Today is December 10th, there is no bedside table, they do not answer the calls and do not call back themselves! I do not recommend this organization to anyone! I'm surprised that they keep afloat at all, with such quality of work and attitude to customers

Lota Loft is the worst thing I've ever met. I ordered a table from them. We did it for about a month. When the table was finally delivered, I had the feeling that I was just spat in the face. 1. The table did not correspond to the parameters that were specified when ordering. 2. The countertop was dirty, sloppy, with traces of glue and broken corners (I do not exclude that the broken corners appeared during delivery, because the table was poorly packed). There were no places on the countertop for fixing the legs (I don't understand how I was supposed to assemble the table). It seemed that they just took what was lying around in production under their feet and sent it to me. I was told that they would contact me to resolve this issue or issue a refund. In fact, I never got a call from the Loft Lot, I had to call myself all the time. As a result: there is no table, there is no mood, nerve cells are in the red. P.S. I didn't hear a simple "Sorry" either.
