I decided to make a gift to the young man and order him new glasses with clip on attachments (sun lenses that are magnetically attached to glasses). I was interested in the time of 17:30, this is an extremely important moment. The time I was offered was 17:15, and I actually agreed to it, taking time off from work 15 minutes earlier.
We arrived at the optician at 17:10, the doctor had another patient, so in order not to waste time, we decided to choose a frame. At this stage, the "service" of this place appeared. After showing us almost the same frame as my young man had, and hearing in response that we would like something else, the employee just silently turned around and left. As it turned out later, she went to the warehouse. She asked us if we wanted a round frame and when she heard a negative answer, she left again in silence. When we ourselves asked to see the frame from the showcase, it was said: "actually, these are round" (spoiler, they were not round). They chose the frame with grief in half, but the time was already 17:30 - no one cares about the timing here. Why did you take time off from work is a question.
Then the most interesting thing begins. The doctor is released, invites the next one and a person runs in front of us in a brazen way. All employees don't care. Only after I express my dissatisfaction do the employees begin to find out why this individual came in and what time she was assigned. To which she replies that she is at 17:30, she is informed that we are in front of her, but she does not come out, but only says "to me quickly." Guess what the staff did? Nothing! They said, "All right." I understand that there are enough such individuals in our society, but it is the job of employees to regulate such situations and prevent them.
As a result, her "fast" lasted until 17:43 (at 17:43 my young man came in, he left at 17:47). All the time we were waiting, of course, there was a terrible dissatisfaction on my face, and lo and behold, after that we get super service.
The mood is spoiled, I am disappointed with the choice of optics, I really regret that I ordered from them (but time was running out).
I didn't write a review right away, I thought it was worth calming down and rethinking the situation. But when one darling of the glasses turned out to be loose, and one "spare part" was leaving for the second one, I couldn't stand it.
I went to the optician, of course they didn't really do anything, they said, "well, that's all right."
There are a lot of good opticians. I do not recommend this one!
