We offered the waiter to turn it on and we were ready to pay for the electricity used, but we were refused. As we were explained, the main audience is students, and this is done so that they do not charge their phones there and do not sit for a long time, but for us it turned out to be critical at that very moment, it was very noisy, there was no order, the service could not be called fast either, and unfortunately the food was also not impressed. As a result, we paid for our order before finishing, drove 300 meters towards oncology and settled down in the cafe "Kaftechi Safie", where there was very tasty food, and it was possible to connect the laptop to the power supply network without any problems.
