The only disadvantage for me personally is the lack of a normal discount card, a personalized one, besides tracking all your requests and purchases. My mother and I always buy only at Look, but at the same time I never keep these paper cards, while it's like I'm coming for the first time, it's a shame.

There was also an order in my case for a frame that they did not have in the store, and I ordered it while on vacation abroad. As always, I was satisfied with the result.

I do not recommend buying certificates in this store, this is a stupid idea!especially, the certificate is a gift, it is not pleasant in such a gift (if suddenly your friend does not find the right product, you will not be able to return the money for the certificate). As a result:1. a friend without a gift, a spoiled mood; 2. you are without money.
This is a company that positions itself as young, developing, with top brands, but which does not care about its reputation and what customers will think of it, the main task is to make money!there is no question of any customer orientation and reputation, nor is every customer important!
