Maltiz, aged 13, became ill, fell down, called the doctor, he said he was currently undergoing surgery and recommended going to any clinic where they would look at him faster. We went to the duty station and after doing an ultrasound, they said there was a liver tumor and suggested euthanasia. Then the next day, they all decided to bring him here to hear a second opinion. After a full examination, they diagnosed liver fibrosis, gallstones, and no tumor. After undergoing treatment at the clinic and following all the recommendations of the doctor. After 2 months, we have extremely good tests. Thank you, good Doctor Aibolit.

A two-month-old kitten was brought for examination, which was picked up on the street. Doctor Lonsky conducted an examination, prescribed treatment, explained everything and told me to come for a repeat appointment in a month.
But after a week, the kitten started vomiting repeatedly, she stopped eating, was very sluggish and constantly slept.
We urgently went to the clinic again, where two girls took us in. Gastroenteritis and calcevirosis were diagnosed. Without tests and ultrasound, just an external examination. The girls didn't even really explain what was wrong with the kitten, what treatment would be, what the prognosis was. I had to pull out all the questions and ask them myself, getting a displeased expression in response. We also heard one of them quietly say to another female visitor, "Well, get out of here," only in an abusive form. And in general, it is quite unpleasant to hear obscene speech from "doctors" in the clinic, and it is unprofessional on their part
For several days, the kitten was put on a drip for literally 10 minutes a day, pricked with injections. By the way, information about what and how much to stab also had to be pulled out.
It was only on day 2 or 3 that we learned that injections should be given three times a day, not one.
In response to a request to write drugs for treatment on a leaf, they received silence and disregard
The treatment did not help. The kitten did not eat, was sick and was getting worse.
We decided to go to another clinic so that the kitten could be examined by another doctor.
There we were immediately offered to take tests, do an ultrasound, carried out all the diagnostics and diagnosed based on examinations, not by eye.
For!2 days! after treatment, our kitten went on the mend, began to eat himself and even indulges
The kitten did not have much chance to be treated with the chief doctor Lonsky, we will not say anything about him.
But these two girls have greatly spoiled the impression of the clinic, not only because of their behavior, but also because of their lack of competence and any medical ethics.
Therefore, I do not recommend the clinic. Think a thousand times before taking your pet there

I am happy for everyone whom this clinic has helped, but I strongly do not recommend this place if you really want to cure your pet. Our cat had vomiting and refusal to eat, we arrived at the clinic and the chief doctor of Lonskaya diagnosed urolithiasis according to the ultrasound results, prescribed treatment that helped only for three weeks, then the symptoms repeated. They were taken to another clinic and it turned out that there was no urolithiasis, but there was a tumor on the intestine the size of a tennis ball, which caused an intestinal obstruction, the doctor may be experienced, but experience does not mean competence. I also want to note that at the second appointment, another doctor of the clinic was talking nonsense about how not to feed a cat, which was absolutely at odds with what the chief doctor of the clinic told us at the first appointment. We brought the cat to the Bazylevsky clinic in critical condition, the mistake of the Lonsky clinic could have cost the cat its life, since the doctor only looked at the kidneys on the ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and did not consider it necessary to look at the intestines. Conclusion, they do not treat there, but pretend that if your pet is dear to you, choose another clinic.

A wonderful doctor from God. They treated the cat with an emergency. All the other clinics offered me an appointment in a few days, it was impossible to come anywhere day after day. Lonsky accepted, performed the operation after his working day, did not take any money. He said you'll pay when the cat recovers. The next day he had a day off, but we left him a number and he called, clarified the condition. In other clinics, they talked down to me and told me about their records for a few days. I understand everything, but if there is an emergency, how can you wait for an appointment in a few days?
They also sterilized his cat. Everything went well, although the cat had a hernia cut out along the way, that is, the operation was long. I was calm the next day. I knew that if anything, I could come quickly and be accepted right away. After the operation, a hematoma appeared around the seam, I doubted if everything was okay, I sent the doctor a photo on Viber and he calmed me down. I didn't even have to go.
Incredibly grateful to the doctor. I would like to note that in terms of prices, this is one of the most adequate clinics. It's not a fact that I would have delayed the cat's treatment in other clinics. We took the cat to Lonsky once every 1-2 days for procedures and control and paid about 10-20 rubles per appointment (2020). For comparison, in the same year the cat was taken to another place and paid about 50 for inspection. I'm afraid to imagine how much operations in other places cost.
A colleague picked up the cat on the street, took it to Lonsky. The cat had a very neglected condition. Lonsky honestly said that there were very few chances, he did not take money for the operation either.
I do not know in which other clinic in the city you can find such an attitude. A person works with full dedication and treats animals and their owners conscientiously and humanely.

The dog woke up in the morning with abdominal pain, did not get up, was taken to this clinic, because there were no windows in our treatment room. They did a general blood test, in which there were practically no deviations, the doctor immediately decided that this was an attack of gastritis and other variations of gastro problems. I put on an IV, 4-5 injections (nsaids, antibiotic, antiemetic, painkiller, ascorbic acid, maybe something else) and prescribed medications (omez, creon). They also gave injections in the thigh at home (without notifying what kind of drug to inject, only the next day they reported that they were antiemetics). At first, the dog felt a little better, but by the evening the effect of the painkiller was gone and, accordingly, she felt worse. Colim is an antiemetic - she feels sick. The next day, the dog felt better, she walks by herself, we think that maybe the treatment helped. We come to the clinic, they give us a drip again, give us a bunch of injections, painkillers, injections and medicines at home. Again, we see that by the evening she is worse again, we give her an injection - she vomits. After that, we realize that the dog was simply stuffed with a huge amount of medicines that she did not need. Antiemetic, after which she vomits, antibiotics, which began to be injected even without my consent, nsaids and other strong drugs. We decide not to give her any more medicine and just give her peace and quiet, from the next day she is no longer sick, the dog is active, appetite is present.
I want to turn to Lonsky, do you also drink omez, creon, antibiotics and nsaids every time you have abdominal pain? I think not. This means that the dog needs to be treated based on its condition. It is incompetent to prescribe such a standard treatment according to the protocol to a dog that has a good blood test, but is experiencing abdominal pain or colic. We will never contact your clinic again.
