The Russian receptionists were rude, they gave a dorm with 3 beds instead of a family room. After the threat of a claim, they changed it to a better one, but with a dirty brush. They did not respond to the claim to wash. But a girl named Saida seemed to say she would write a counterclaim against me (it's not clear why).
The rooms are ancient.
On the 1st day, my wife was poisoned, on the 5th day I was.
An ambulance arrives at the hotel regularly.
The hotel has a doctor's appointment only for a fee and with the same normal Russian staff.
Fortunately, the insurance was pumped out quickly, it can be seen that the process is debugged!
The rooms are cleaned, the food tastes good, there is apparently no sanitation.

Great hotel! The beach is right on the territory, exclusively sand, gentle entry into the water, always calm sea. There is a lot of food even towards the end of breakfasts /lunches/dinners, several types of meat, there are desserts. Alcohol can be taken in any quantity in normal glasses, even in the room. The rooms in the 4-star building look like they are not very new, but against the background of all the advantages, it does not matter

I really liked how efficiently and conscientiously the maid worked. Her work was impeccable. The room was clean every day. The territory of the hotel also deserves high praise, everything is beautiful and neat. There are no questions about food either, the chefs cook deliciously in the restaurant, the staff is friendly and the dishes are always cleaned on time. But the service in the fast food bar (which is near the ice cream) leaves much to be desired: the dishes are not immediately removed from the tables, I often noticed that 5-6 tables are untidy and people have nowhere to sit. The beach area does not shine with cleanliness, there are many umbrellas that are not working or poorly working. But on the sun beds near the fence (on the territory of the hotel) it is clean and very cozy. They clean it regularly. I would also like the girls at the reception to become friendly and welcome the visitors as welcome guests, this is also very important.
But in general, the impression of the rest was good.

The thread broke on the first day, the electronic key was kept faithfully. 5 days ago, everyone began to be given normal one-piece bracelets, except for us. And we were fined 800 rubles for a fucking thread. Choke, please.

The child was ill: his throat was red, vomiting (the doctor said that against the background of the temperature), and the temperature was 39 days.. The doctor at the hotel said it was tonsillitis. But he prescribed enterofuril!!! I asked why, we have tonsils! He: tonsillitis is also treated with this @@ I did not spoil the intestinal flora with antibacterial agents!! Everything seems to have passed!!! Upon arrival in Moscow, we had a rash, inflamed lymph nodes, etc. the dermatologist immediately said that we had arrived from Turkey and that we had coxsacks!
