We visited this hotel for the first time in 2019, and even then they said that we would come again, and on September 25, 24th, we came here to rest again!) We liked everything, we can't say anything bad, anyone who wants to find fault will stick to the most luxurious hotel.
A huge territory, swimming pools, bars, a water park, my daughter and I were there, she liked everything, that's the main thing 😌
The room was clean, daily cleaning, well, the rooms are not new, but the hotel is not new, we lived in building C, the main buildings are 4 rooms (B,C)
The staff is very good, they will help you deal with any problem.

I got a room in the world in the main building, everything is great, only the music was playing very loudly until 11 p.m. it was impossible to fall asleep. Good evening! I was at the hotel in October 2024. I really liked almost everything! I am very grateful to the staff at the reception, they settled in the building that we asked for, they did not wait for a long time. In the room, only the floor was rarely washed. Super-duper cool hotel! The food is good, there is variety. The service is at a high level. The territory is well-groomed, clean, you can immediately see that they are well watched. The staff is polite. The beach is very good: the sand, so there is a super place with children, the entrance to the sea is long, suitable for poor swimmers. The rooms are not new, but they are well cleaned. I don't know about you, but for me, the room is just for sleeping. There is no garbage anywhere. Bars are everywhere on the territory, but they make only 3 non-alcoholic and 5-6 alcoholic cocktails. If you don't have time to go to a restaurant, then vast food bars are always open, which is convenient for autumn. The rooms are comfortable, always clean, there are Russian channels on the TV, the bed is clean, there are consumables in the bathroom. At first they settled in building A with a gorgeous view of the courtyard and running generators on diesel fuel, they did not open the balcony, then they began to return, they offered a five with a view of the same courtyard but without a balcony, they refused because with children. Then they settled in building B, where the dining room below us rattles with dishes and smells like a laundress. For two days they overpowered the awl for soap. We really liked the hotel! The territory is huge , there are plenty of bars (alcohol is quite good, and if you give one dollar, the drinks will become stronger). Delicious ice cream at the water park, freshly squeezed orange juice, gozleme - all inclusive! The food in the hall is varied for every taste, there is not much choice for children, but we managed it! There are watermelons and other fruits! During the week of stay there was a "Turkish night", crayfish, a lot of fish (trout, sea bass, dorado). There was also a foam party!
The girls from the kids club are just super smart, they speak as many as three languages (and by the way, almost all the staff understands Russian). Every night of the show, there was always a fire in different ways, it happened not so much). There is also a beauty salon, a children's mini club, a zoo with rabbits and various birds, children's entertainment (vending machines, trampolines, cars all for about 5-10 $). In the evening, there is popcorn and cotton candy for $ 2!
We lived in the main building overlooking the sea! The furniture is slightly tired, but everything is clean ! Towels and two sheets were changed three times in a week!
Outside the territory of the markets where you can buy things , sweets, etc., some tents accept transfers to Russian cards!
The sea is beautiful! The approach is smooth, there are no big waves!

Finally got my hands on writing a review. In previous years, we stayed in hotels of different classes, including the premium segment, so there is something to compare with. 2 adults and a 13-year-old child were a family in Loniser from August 19 to 30, and they were absolutely happy with the rest!
ROOM AND CHECK-IN. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., we were sent for breakfast, and then immediately checked in. Thank you so much for that. We had a ticket to the world, we lived in building B. We previously wrote to the booking department about the preference at check-in, the wishes were taken into account. Room 2330 has a corner view of the sea and the streets of neighboring houses and hotels. The music from the evening animation is not audible, the room is quiet enough, suitable for accommodation with children.
The territory is huge, literally surrounded by flowers and greenery, and at the same time very well maintained. The gardeners worked on the beauty every day! They didn't even reach the G building. We counted 4 large pools, not counting the children's departments and the pools of the water park. Behind the water park there is a mini zoo with birds, goats and rabbits that you can feed. There are houses for cats nearby. Although the territory is large, it is planned quite competently. Almost anywhere is within easy reach of both the bar and the snack points.
beach. I would like to highlight it separately. Recently, it turned out that we rested on the sand and pebbles. Here, there is absolute sand, there is not a single stone. It was a separate thrill for us. Even as adults, they built castles, let alone children. A comfortable gentle approach, the depth is far from the shore, which again will be a plus when vacationing with children. The sea is warm, quiet, sometimes muddy on the shoals because of the sand, deeper - the purest. The beach strip is narrow but long, sometimes it is difficult to find a free place, especially for a large family. Nevertheless, we usually found 1-2 sun beds right at the entrance.
nutrition. I can say without a twinge of conscience - diverse! There is always everything. For every taste. Yes, you should not expect an abundance of shrimps, crabs, crayfish and oysters, but even without this there is plenty of choice. For breakfast, pancakes, donuts, omelets can be prepared personally for a person, cereals, yoghurts, olives, cheese and sausage cuts, etc. Lunch and dinner are similar in choice. But dinner is richer in the choice of dishes. Delicious soups. Meat - chicken, turkey, beef, mutton, lamb, liver. Dorado fish, mackerel, trout, red fish steaks, tuna. All kinds of salads. Salads almost always have a salad with seafood, shrimp and squid, separately with mussels. Lots of choice of stewed, fried and boiled vegetables, rice, pilaf, mashed potatoes, noodles. Delicious and varied desserts. Delicious fruits - plums, nectarines, grapes, apples, watermelons, very sweet melons and peaches. At lunch, you can eat hamburgers, shawarma, French fries, pizza, and gozlime tortillas on the food court.
There is a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Mojito and pina collada are made in both variations. Sometimes the quality can curl from the bartender. Not a bad wine, especially pomegranate. The juices are decent. In the afternoon, in the water park area, you can make freshly squeezed oranges yourself. Delicious and interesting. There are queues for this entertainment, but not catastrophic.
animation. Considering that the guys actually work for 2 hotels, there is animation. Bocce and aqua aerobics on the beach, water polo in the main pool of the resort, aqua aerobics and games in the Olympic pool. There are darts and dancing in the amphitheater. We haven't seen morning exercises, but we have them too. The team is not intrusive but does its job. We haven't been particularly interested this year, so I can't say anything more. Those who need entertainment will find it.
aqua park. It is represented by a separate rather large area with a bar, a place for a snack, a department with fruits, ice cream and cakes. Almost all vacationers with children are located there, so in my opinion there were almost no children at the main pools. On the slides, especially with buns, of course you have to stand, so as a wish, add a couple more buns to the closed slide. There are only 2 buns per slide for two, but there are enough of them here in order to comply with safety regulations.
TO SUMMARIZE. The hotel fully met its expectations, even surpassed them somewhere. There was a complete sense of customer orientation towards visitors. Of course, the hotel takes most of its scale, and you just don't pay attention to any disadvantages. Should I come back again? Definitely! Which we did, the tour for 2024 is booked. Given the current price increase, this is the most worthy option in this price category.

Great hotel! The food is great, no worse than 5 * (the chef is one for two hotels). The territory of the hotel is huge and green. Everything is clean and well maintained. Children will be very pleased with their own zoo, where they can feed animals, pet and take pictures!
There is also a playroom for children, where they will have fun and exciting time!
The only drawback, in my opinion, is the weak animation - it's boring in the evening.

A normal hotel,, everything is there, volleyball, tennis, water park, many pools. The food is so-so, without frills, alcohol of the middle segment. There is animation, but also for a C grade. We like the sandy approach to the sea, not such big waves, because this is a bay.
