A great option for a family vacation. A huge territory, lots of different activities for children. Most of the tourists are from Russia and Poland, the staff is mainly from the former Middle Eastern republics of the USSR. If it doesn't bother you, then it's pretty good to relax there.
But it's worth considering a few nuances to make your vacation a real success. Firstly, it is very crowded during the peak season. Be prepared for queues at restaurants, by the pool and on the rides. Take your seats in advance, especially if you plan to spend the day by the pool or on the beach.
Secondly, there may still be a language barrier, despite the Russian-speaking staff. Not all employees are equally proficient in the language, so be patient and ready to explain several times. However, it can be a fun adventure if you treat it with humor.
Thirdly, the quality of food in all-inclusive restaurants may vary. Sometimes there are very good days, sometimes not so good. Therefore, I recommend that you try different establishments on the territory of the complex and choose the ones that you like the most. Don't be afraid to experiment!
Finally, don't forget about sunscreen and a hat. The sun is very active here, and neglecting precautions can mar your vacation. Otherwise, this is a great place to relax with children, where everyone will find something to do. The main thing is to have a positive attitude and be ready for a little adventure!
Not a bad hotel. The territory is large, well-maintained, surrounded by pine and spruce trees. There is an Olympic-size training pool, a spa area, an aquapark, and a kids' club. Among the advantages: the territory, clean beach, smooth access to the sea, unobtrusive animation.
Cons: it is very far from the airport, keep this in mind when booking, it takes two hours to drive, and this is if your hotel is among the first. Next, small rooms, we took a family room, but that's just the name, low ceilings and just sleeping places, even for a suitcase it's hard to find a place. Well, the cleaning: it seems to be there, but it doesn't get any cleaner, the floors are dusty, plumbing, mirrors, showers... Even if you ask for a portrait, they won't add a soap dish.
Another disadvantage for those with children is that there is a super cool, but paid, play area with vending machines and cars... Children are attracted there by a magnet, but guys, the hotel is not cheap, and spending money on these pleasures every day is such a pleasure. It would be possible to do without all this, I'm sure that's not what everyone is going there for!
On food and drinks: I sincerely admire the Lanisera team, which is responsible for catering, very decent, clean, fast, tasty, varied. Fruits are not enough, except that.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest.
