Prices are above average in the city. The food is European. There is an English beer, but guinness has an unusual taste from the bottle. The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The main disadvantage is the lack of a menu. They give one menu for four, it's inconvenient to choose. If you ask for a menu in the process, there may not be any available ones. A magnificent veranda. You can smoke on it. There are hookahs.

Tashkent view of the English pub. Beer on taps is usually only 1 and it's for nothing.

There is one paradoxical rule in Tashkent: the more expensive an institution is, the worse it is. In a month of living here, I have learned this very clearly. Chelsea (or what is now in its place) is the best proof of that. They're cheating here! Prices: 1 point. For example, not the most delicious burger is 75 soums. You need to look for such prices even in Moscow. Beer - reasonable prices only for local - 25 soums. Everything else is exorbitant and unjustified. Atmosphere: 2 points. Some kind of incomprehensible chaotic old renovation that has nothing to do with the pub or England. It's good that the music is playing softly. There is no separate smoking room! The hood is not working well! As a result, the whole hall smokes together with one. Food: 3 points. The portions are large, but not the most delicious. They do not justify the prices. Service: 4 points. When the hall is half empty, it is cooked and poured not very quickly. But tolerable. But the waiter Azim is good. He's the only good thing about this place. Honesty: 1 point. I would even put -1 point. A service fee was suddenly included in our already huge bill. And not even 20%, which, by the way, are not listed anywhere on the menu and are a pure divorce. The restaurant manager tried to sell us 40% (FORTY!). Why? Because there was a bottle of cognac on the table all the time, which we gave to a friend for a drink and did not even take it out of the box, let alone drink it. Moreover, the manager did not bother to warn us about the conditions or at least offer us glasses (although we did not think about drinking cognac) in order to somehow justify our behavior. No, he just put it on the check in the hope that he would "take a ride." Being called to the table for clarification, instead of pretending that there was a misunderstanding and generally removing all the shameful percentages from the check (since they are not on the menu), he began to get angry and bicker. It's, like, in an "elite" restaurant. In the end, he "deigned" to take us only the Tashkent "standard" 20%. They did not argue about them for the sake of saving their strength (although they should have). It's a pity they won't go to the waiter.
