In the summer, our friend was stung by a wasp or bee in the summer garden. The waiter reacted quickly. I brought a first-aid kit and ice from the kitchen. After about 15 minutes, he came up again and asked if he needed to call an ambulance.

I just want to leave a review! And a positive one!There is probably no such cozy and atmospheric cafe in Astana anymore! A very beautiful phone booth, strewn with flowers, portraits on the walls, soft pillows on the makeshift windowsill....in general, I will definitely return there to try the cuisine, so I managed to appreciate only tea and excellent service.Our waiter Arystan showed such care and attention that it was impossible not to appreciate it!

I read the reviews and decided to visit this place. I liked everything. The service is very good, the staff is polite.
I went to 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and breakfast was also served. I ordered oatmeal porridge with apple and cinnamon, very tasty, moderately sweet, juicy apple and a pinch of cinnamon - perfect proportions. And in some reviews I came across a sinabbon with oreo, I also lured it so and ordered it - but expectations did not match reality, the dough was not that, the cream was very unclear, not curd, I do not know. The ice latte was good, it tasted like coffee, not just cold milk and water. Invigorates and refreshes in the heat.
If possible, sit down at tables on the street, it is very atmospheric to observe a lively city, slowly sipping a high ice latte. :)
P.s.: since it was my first time in Astana, I did not know about the 10% service, it was not indicated in the menu, it was not spoken by the waiter. It would be nice if this could be communicated to the client in some way. I understand that the locals have probably already got used to it, but as a guest of the city it was a bit of a surprise to me, since I myself wanted to leave a tip, and already, it turns out, it is included in the bill at the end of the meal.
PS: I also advise you to try their cold lemonades, they do it right.
P.S.: I would also like to note the musical taste of the institution, whoever puts on the music, do not change it, it was cool for me to listen and realize that I know almost all the tracks that are being played. It's like my playlist has been turned on. ✨

The two of us were not allowed to move to the preferred vacant table, citing the expectation of a larger group of guests. This restriction seemed unreasonable, especially considering that in the end only one guest appeared at this table. The disappointment increased when we decided not to order breakfast and left the establishment. The situation left an unpleasant impression of the service and service in the restaurant.
