The location is perfect, looking directly to the Opera House. Nice balconies in each room.

Very polite and friendly staff, I'll give you a separate five. The location is the very center, constant traffic both day and night. If going to bed early is not your option. The hotel is quite difficult to find, the booking has a different address. The taxi driver drops you off somewhere, you can't stop there. Call the reception right away, the guys will meet you. The hotel is new, on the floor of 1 room, everything is new, there is a safe, you can ask for an iron. There is no washing machine, if you swim for a long time, the water flows out of the shower.
I lowered my grade for cleaning. The room was not cleaned after the renovation, there were sawdust under the sink, a boot mark on the mirror under the ceiling.

Excellent location, the hotel is near Freedom Square and the beginning of the northern avenue. The staff is friendly and active, they were constantly interested in how they could help.
We organized an unscheduled transfer and an excursion very quickly for a very optimal price, I will definitely come back here again

A wonderful hotel! the rooms are spacious, the renovation is fresh, the TVs are modern (on the 3rd and 6th floor for sure). The breakfast is very tasty and varied. The service is on top
