Лучший ломбард, в который я обращалась! Приветливый и вежливый персонал, объясняют круто, все по полочкам разложат. Ухоженный офис. Сама не один раз обращалась,всем советую, не прогадаете!

Не компетентный персонал, не умеющий я общаться, не говоря уже о разъяснений твоих обязоностей перед ломбардом и так далее... Хотел записать жалобу в жалобную книгу, сотрудник данного ломбарда не предоставлял свои данные и так же не хотел дать связаться с директором ломбарда или пообщаться для разъяснения данной проблемы с высшим персоналом. Так и ушёл не понимающий что я нарушил и за что я должен платить. Ужас с бегите от туда
