Great, the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and courteous. The girl is always smiling at the reception. The beds are soft, after a long walk we slept and rested, dinner and breakfast were great.

The rooms are spacious, the water is a little hotter than warm-in general, you won't be able to warm up in the shower))), we didn't find any Russian channels, but we watched everything through YouTube. Wi-Fi is slow and sad.... The food is for three and this is considering that I am not fussy about food)))), there is no boiled coffee, it is not in Khiva at all..... They are cleaned only when you call, but quickly and without problems

The hotel itself is new and clean... But you have to beg for everything: water, slippers, soap, toothbrushes, even toilet paper... The answer to the remark is: they forgot... But they do not forget to remind you about the payment... The service is lame... The breakfasts are hearty and delicious...

Poor sound insulation, unqualified staff. Not knowing languages, they tried to enter our room at night. The maid threw away our packing boxes, despite the fact that we specifically did not leave the key at the reception desk so that we would not clean the room. Breakfast is something. We pulled out the food from the back room, in bags. It felt like no one was waiting for us there. In short, it totally sucks.
