A good sports complex: gyms , swimming pool, sauna. There are not enough parking spaces near the complex, you have to park in the nearest courtyards.

You have to wait a long time for people to wash up. In the rest of the showers, water is dripping at this time, there is no pressure at all. There are very few hangers in the showers, and a towel is at least on the floor of the bed if you haven't had time to hang it. The pool water is very chlorinated. I came home and had to wash for a long time to avoid the smell of bleach. Even after washing, the swimsuit still smells of bleach, and you can not wash it in hot water.
