A very cozy, intimate hotel with a well-maintained territory and a wonderful hostess who is very attentive to the guests and, most pleasantly, to cleanliness and comfort. A separate plus is its own generator, so that even when the lights go out throughout the city, electricity continues to be supplied to the hotel. The location is good: the market is within walking distance, 10-15 minutes walk to the embankment.

It's a lovely, cozy hotel, and there's only one thing to admire about waking up in such a place. It's like we've been to paradise, the area is very beautifully landscaped, it seems simple, but very atmospheric. A comfortable room, plenty of space, and a cozy kitchen where you can cook. And the hostess herself is a very friendly and delightful person, she treats every guest hospitably and with love. I would like to stay longer and spend a longer weekend at this hotel)

The best accommodation in Abkhazia! I've been coming for the 6th year for work, and every time a new hotel is just a tin can. And the Loft Garden is a gem!!! It's very cozy, clean, and the staff is super friendly. And a gorgeous kitty! Definitely, if I find myself in Sukhumi again, I will live only here!

A cozy, beautiful and comfortable hotel for relaxation. Near the sea, the embankment, a minimarket, public transport stops. You can stay with your own car or use the shuttle service. Friendly staff, responsive and competent managers. Everything is focused on the rest of the visitors.

We rested in Sukhum for two days, I was too lazy to like the Hotel - the design of the room, clean, everything is thought out, comfortable bed, warm (it was cool outside in May). Well-groomed territory - it's nice to sit on a bench and watch the fish in the fountain :)

It is not clear where the 3 races come from! This is an ordinary private sector, not a hotel. Garbage collection, floor cleaning and cleaning in general in the room are the responsibility of the guests. The hostess of the "hotel" argues this "so as not to interfere." When checking in from the doorstep, requirements were set: do not crash into the automatic gate by car, otherwise they will break; make up the bed and sofa, since we are with the child and he will definitely outgrow everything, keep an eye on the broom and shovel so that the child does not break it. About parking a car, this is generally a separate joke, each time the hostess chose and expressed that the car was somehow parked wrong, 10 cm too far to the right, it interferes with her passing (although there are 3 meters), it is not clear what is in the way. OK, next time I put it closer to the wall, having dropped off the passengers in advance, everything is wrong again, now I can break her flowers and so on. They spat and began to leave it outside the territory. Plus, the hostess has a Pomeranian dog and cats that periodically climb through the windows into the room. Our child is allergic to cats and it was not very pleasant to chase cats all night. It was not possible to close the window because the air conditioner did not rattle much, since it is located opposite the bed and its blades do not move up or down much.

I liked the place! It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to the port. It is located in a residential area. The territory is small, but very cozy! The room has everything and even a kitchenette. The room is small in size, but everything fits and is comfortable. The place is atmospheric, inhabited, given the opportunity to leave things at eviction, friendly and sincere people, I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel twice in February 2024, the first time together, then we brought friends with us. I really liked the patio, where you can sit by the fountain with fish under the branches of tropical trees. Staying on earth is much more pleasant than staying in a multi-storey hotel. The room is simple, but everything you need is there. The central embankment is a 10-minute walk away.

We had a rest with friends on May holidays in Chalet 1 and Chalet 2. We will not agree with the negative reviews about cleaning and the lack of toilet paper. In principle, no one should clean for you, this is not an all-inclusive hotel, it's like renting an apartment with a kitchen and the ability to cook yourself (dishes and everything necessary for this are available). The rooms are very cozy and cute, loft style. The only thing that was missing was the windows in the rooms, they are missing, unfortunately, oh yes, and there was not enough full-length mirror (we are girls))) We were given toilet paper 2 times in 4 days, and there was still some left. Towels were generally changed every day. We give our regards to the hostess, a very nice and polite woman. We hope to see you soon! Good and responsive customers to you!

Comfortable rooms with everything you need inside: air conditioning, hairdryer, small closet, kitchen with dishes and refrigerator. It's true there's only one chair, but maybe you could have asked for another one at the hotel. It's nice that the shower is tiled, and not made by a shower cabin, although the disadvantage is that the curtain does not save from splashes - it's not very comfortable in winter. The rooms are not cleaned, but the price is low, in February 2023 they took a room of 18 sq.m. for 2 thousand per night. Staying together in such a place for several nights is quite comfortable. The hostess Mimosa is pleasant and sociable.

Like many things in Abkhazia, it is comfortable in its own way, tiredly hospitable, economically restrained. The place itself is good. Cozy, quiet, a party place by the fountain. You can hang out with the neighbors. You need to go to the sea through an unsettled private sector, but this is Abkhazia. Go out to the sea right at the beginning of the paved embankment.

As a tourist, this "hotel" did not make any impression. Unclear location: far from the sea, in an incomprehensible private sector of the Abkhazian people. For the same money, you can rent on the beach!!! Probably everyone is interested in the hospitality of the staff (owners) of this hotel!? Yes, they were greeted with a smile, but then the "tricks" on the part of the owners began.
He asked me to make coffee. They brought in a transparent mug a liquid of a transparent brownish color with a light coffee aroma and an excessive amount of sugar. It feels like boiling water has been added to used coffee grounds. Of course, he asked the question "how to use this liquid?". The woman twitched, said something, took the liquid away and disappeared. I was waiting for a new portion of brewed coffee, and I did not wait! 90% of tourists prefer to drink a little alcohol at the moment of rest. My wife and I took a bottle of local wine and settled down at the hotel. We sat quietly, talked and enjoyed the notes of the taste of Abkhazian wine. At about 22:00, a man of Abkhazian appearance approaches and begins to show us that we are making noise and it's time to sleep. Immediately, after a couple of minutes, the Mimosa flies out and begins to "assent" with a bump on us! Okay, we figured it out, we ran away....
It's time to check out of the hotel. There was a feeling that there would be "rot" and it happened. The towel is missing!))) And like we have to pay for the loss. Alas and Ah, we had to disassemble two bags, put all the things out and show that there was no towel!))) Next, they begin to show us jambs on the walls))) Did I have to make a video recording of all the joints when I checked in? In the fianel, I waved my hand, took my wife, bags and like a "Bull" went to the exit, realizing that there might be a physical assault or a visit from the local police. Fortunately, only mats were flying mixed with Abkhazian speech!

Upon arrival at the hotel, an unpleasant situation occurred, we booked at the booking (the description indicated that there were two separate rooms - a bedroom and a living room), there were 4 people (2 pairs). Upon inspection of the room, it turned out that it was all one room, and the sofa moved right into the joint to the bed. It is very inconvenient for 4 people to stay. When trying to solve this problem without conflict, neither the hostess nor the owner made concessions, stood their ground and offered a maximum discount of 10% on the second room. At the same time, the advance payment for 1 day was paid in full and they refused to return it. The sediment remained as unpleasant as possible and there can be no question of any Abkhazian hospitality in this place. Even for 1 night they refused to check in, because you see, they indicated on the booking that the reservation and the deposit were not returned from 2 nights.
The output is 1 star on Yandex maps.

The guest house is located in a residential area of Sukhumi, it's a long way to get to the sea, and it's also a long way to a normal Mocha beach. You can't walk.

October 2021. Nice hotel, comfortable bed (mattress and pillows), very quiet and peaceful.. You'll get such aromas on the streets! In the evening, a beautiful backlight. I can't hear the neighbors at all. But it is not convenient to wash. You wash yourself- and then you collect water with a mop. Please make partitions on the floor. Husband and son have never washed in a week at all. There is also not enough microwave (to warm up food) mirrors (it is alone in a dark bath) and vents for ventilation. The hosts are hospitable and helpful! We walked from the railway station when we arrived and left. The sea is nearby, but it is an industrial zone..You need to go a little further, and the lively embankment itself (where there is a cafe, etc.) is a little far away.
