Great cuisine!
Of all the things that were tasted in Sukhum, it tastes the best here! I ordered a "Green salad", "Chicken breast with mashed green peas", "berry smoothie" and the most delicious cheesecake I've ever eaten!
But the service ... I haven't seen this anywhere: I asked what kind of drink it was - it was included in the order, they ordered a repeat of Americano, I had to go to the bar to check if they were cooking, since it took a long time, it turned out that the waiter did not bring the information to the bar. When boarding at only two tables, the waitresses were always at the fifth point to the guests, in order to invite one of them, they had to get up and approach themselves.
Kitchen - 100 yes!!!
Service - no!!!
The sediment, despite the delicious food, is unpleasant.

the order did not arrive after 30 minutes, we went to ask the waiter how much longer to wait, they told us that it was still 20 minutes.

while we were waiting, we heard the cooks in the kitchen swearing very loudly and violently)))
regarding the dishes themselves: the pasta is as mediocre as possible, and the tom yam is terrible. bring a small bowl of rice, the broth itself is pale orange, the soup is empty. there were 2 shrimp and 2 cherry tomatoes floating in the soup and NOTHING else. It was the most disgusting tom yam I've ever eaten.
in a word, not a restaurant, but a diner. We do not recommend this institution to anyone, we will not return here again.

A very pleasant interior in the style of maximalism, good music, polite staff and most importantly delicious food. In comparison, I can say that you can really get a gastronomic pleasure here. The check comes out a little higher than the rest of the establishments, but it's clearly worth it. The waiting time is relatively long, but this is more likely due to the workload of the kitchen. A stylish, cute, very cozy restaurant on the Black Sea coast! Pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, friendly atmosphere! I really liked the salad with shrimp and artichokes... Mmmm! Pasta carbonara, it would seem, but it is very tasty here! I recommend LOFT wine to lovers of dry wines - this is a rose wine from the Private winery Argun Iashta! And of course coffee.... I think it's the most delicious on the coast! Thanks LOFT! I will definitely come back!

The place is terrible. The drinks (which were asked to be brought at the beginning) were brought 40 minutes later, after one of the three people was served a salad 30 minutes later, the rest just sat and watched. Moreover, our table was served after the table, which came 10 minutes later. The waiter (I can't write the name, because there were no badges) didn't even try to remember who ordered which dish. The fresh orange juice is frankly very diluted, or simply the juicer was not rinsed after other products. 50 minutes after accepting the order, two pastas were brought on huge plates, then 5 minutes later two soups were brought in the same huge plates, for which, in order to make room, all the plates already standing had to be raked into a pile. There was a film on the cheese soup (it felt like it just stood for 20 minutes after cooking). They couldn't calculate for another 20 minutes (allegedly there were a lot of guests, although the place was filled by a maximum of 30%). Now it is not surprising why it is so empty in the season with full plantings and queues in other cafes / restaurants.

After seeing the chic interior, above-average prices and excellent reviews, we expected appropriate service and a pleasant breakfast.
As a result, the order of salads, burgers and sandwiches was waited for more than an hour, our cocktails were not brought, saying to our questions, "it will be right now." There is one tired waitress for the whole room at lunchtime.
The food was more or less good, but the long wait and inarticulate service (they did not warn about the delay of dishes, served everything at random, did not apologize for the long wait, etc.) blurred the whole impression and spoiled the mood (

An institution on the central embankment of Sukhum.
I give 1 star to the bartender for the cool cocktails.

The bartender is super!!
The pina kaladoa alcoholic cocktail was delicious along with watermelon lemonade and Sukhumi beer.
And pork steak. And that was the end of the pros...
of the cons :
The menu includes pasta carbonara with poached egg. (a poached egg is an egg in a bag. The cook enters when he wants to stand out. And served on top of the dish.) As a result, the pasta carbonara was brought without him. To the obvious question where is the poached egg, we were told that it had already been mixed into the pasta. But despite the egg, the pasta was still not tasty.
Veal cheeks were brought in about 40 minutes. Although at the beginning the waiter said that the cooking time was 35 minutes. Well, the menu says that it is served with ajapsandal. But broccoli was brought to his place. What's the difference? Like eggplant, like broccoli. Everything tastes the same.) And the purchased BBQ sauce was poured on top to hide the dryness. But the waitress called it spicy, and that they make it themselves.
In general, draw conclusions. If you don't want to eat delicious food and leave a nice sum, then you are here.

The order was accepted after 20 minutes, as a keepsake, without writing it down anywhere. We ordered a cheeseburger and took it out on the same plate with French fries. To our question why it is not indicated in the menu, they spread their hands and said that they asked us if we needed / did not need it and we answered in the affirmative. And what can you prove here? You can't record your conversation with the waiter on a dictaphone!? Caesar was taken out after more than an hour. After all the hot dishes! They complained about the stale crackers in the salad, to which the administrator first said that they make crackers themselves in the morning, then that they were made 2 hours ago. They did not continue to swear, although in fact they had the right not to pay for the marriage. As a result, there are extra positions in the receipt and spoiled mood. I do not recommend it!!

The breakfasts are just terrible. The main menu is not bad, but the breakfasts are not fresh, half of the menu is not available. We clarified the freshness of the cheesecakes several times, the first time the waiter said that they were cooked today and fresh, then he said that they were prepared 3 days ago. Then they ordered pancakes, said that they would cook in a frying pan right now, as a result, they brought pancakes that were definitely not prepared today. There is no coffee (latte), although it has been on the menu for several days.
I came here at lunch, ordered pasta and borscht, the borscht was good, but instead of pasta they brought me meat sauce, they mixed it up in the kitchen (it was also with mushrooms and in cream sauce), I'm eating, I think some kind of strange pasta without pasta, I tell the waiter, they take it to the kitchen and it turns out that they got mixed up and this is the meat sauce on my plate.

One of the best restaurants in the city. Excellent European cuisine, good atmosphere and convenient location. When we visit Sukhumi, we always try to eat here.
And an excellent wine list by local standards, which contains the best wines and alcoholic beverages of Abkhazia. This is very important, because in many local establishments there is nothing to wash down food with, except for local "homemade" low-quality wines.
Of the disadvantages, sometimes maintenance is lame, beggars and dogs can molest on the summer terrace near the cafe.

One of the few places in Abkhazia worth visiting. The staff is wonderful, the cuisine is varied and delicious. The price tag is high, but it's worth it. I put a four only because there is 1 bathroom in the institution. Not enough(. But I do not recommend either the country or the city of Sukhum as a place to relax. It is not a very hospitable nation. Lazy. There is ruin and ruin everywhere. There is no such service at all. The holiday is suitable for those who cook on the stove, buy food at the store and go to the nearest beach with their blanket. But they won't go to this restaurant.

We decided to take a rib eye beef steak... according to the price tag, it had to be real!
But no! The old smelly piece of beef, slightly toasted, did not pass. We didn't eat it. They took the steak and didn't take the money.
If you do not know or do not know how to cook rib eye, remove it from the menu!
Other dishes were normal. I recommend only the usual dishes.

I didn't like the restaurant. The service is terrible, the dishes are carried for half an hour, even the desserts that they have ready in the refrigerator. The bill was waited for 15 minutes. The food is of an average level, we took a poke and 2 cocktails. Poke was very strange, I have not seen such anywhere. We read a lot of positive reviews, so decide to go, but we really regretted it.

The interior is pleasant, in the loft style. The air conditioner is working, it's cool, it's good to sit. That's where the advantages end. The food was carried for 50-55 minutes, a very long time. They warned in advance that it would take a long time to wait for hot, but why salads were made the same amount is not clear. Moreover, one of us was served hot first, and then a salad… Cocktail - it was not possible to drink at all, it was not delicious. The chicken schnitzel was not chewed. The pasta turned out to be small. Conclusion: we do not recommend visiting, do not spoil your evening.

We were in the Loft at the end of September 2022 with my husband. We came and sat on the terrace. The table was badly wiped or not wiped at all, there was no ashtray, we had to take it from the waiter at the station ourselves. We waited 10 minutes for attention to be paid to us and another 15 minutes for our order to be accepted, despite the fact that we called the waiter and waved our arms, to which there were eternal nods of the head. I understand that there is a rush, I used to work in this field myself, but not like that; when boarding 50/50, 1 person worked in servicing 6-8 tables (all tables on the terrace, there was no one inside). This is a problem and a mistake of the management, not the waiter, it must be admitted. As a result, we ordered 2 soups and 2 hot ones. Soups were given away for about an hour, it seems they forgot about the hot stuff altogether - they so easily excluded two dishes from our bill. Three stars only for the atmosphere and delicious food.
