The sea is 1 minute away by car with the possibility to park in the parking lot for 100 rubles. for the whole day. It takes about 10 minutes on foot. Within walking distance of the New Athos cave, the hiking trail to Simon the Cananite (past the waterfall, the old psyrtskha station, to the grotto), the path of sinners leading to the New Athos Monastery

We had a rest in October 2024. A chic hotel, new, modern. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. High-quality, expensive plumbing and accessories in the shower, stylish interior, nothing falls off, everything is changed on time, it is very pleasant. Comfortable mattress, clean high-quality bed linen, bathrobes. Very good-natured staff, special thanks to the administrator Alexander and Lyubov, the cook Daura (breakfast is on fire)! View from the window of the monastery. The territory is well maintained, tastefully decorated. Well, the highlight is the pool with very warm water, which is just the thing for October. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel, the booking manager Albina and the whole team. Well done for making your vacation so comfortable. I definitely recommend it. !!!🫶

A very great place!!! The hotel is very comfortable. Quietly, calmly. The area is cozy, the pool is beautiful, especially after walking. The rooms are large and cozy. Gorgeous beds, 2 pillows each, everything is clean! There are little things like towels and bathrobes, but they promise to put a drying machine, because of the humidity they do not have time to dry out. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every 3 days. 4th floor, there will be 2 rooms. Hotel on 5. And New Athos ❤
