We had a rest in two couples for the New Year holidays, the impression of the hotel is the most wonderful.A
new stylish family hotel with cozy rooms of various categories, the rooms are clean and warm. There is a children's playroom. The shared kitchen has tables, a refrigerator, all necessary utensils, and cutlery.
The territory is quite spacious with a barbecue area and a Playground. There are tables in cozy tents on the street where you can sit for company.
A separate pleasant shock is the spa area with a swimming pool and sauna. We swam every morning, just a pleasure.
The owners of the hotel are wonderful positive people who respond to any request, exude light and kindness.
Tamara and Evgeny, thank you so much for your concern, for the smiles, for the treats and gifts on the road.
We will definitely come back to you again and recommend a vacation to all your friends!

As promised, we returned exactly one year later.
And again, a warm welcome, cozy rooms and the gentle sun.
Many people were afraid to go to Abkhazia this year because of power outages, and quite unnecessarily. The lights were turned off for two hours at night when we were sleeping and two hours in the afternoon when we were walking around the neighborhood. Therefore, this did not prevent us from enjoying our vacation at all. We were worried that the pool would not work, but we swam regularly, just like a year ago. Therefore, I urge everyone not to deny themselves the pleasure of visiting this country and highly recommend this wonderful family hotel.

A chic hotel, wonderful hosts, sincere people. It's not the first time their parents have stayed with them. We are always glad to meet you, we are hospitable. The hotel is very clean, everything is for comfort and convenience. There is a swimming pool, sauna, courtyard for relaxation. Well-maintained territory. There is a beautiful garden nearby, through which there is a road to the sea. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were in Abkhazia in August 2024, our choice fell on this hotel, the best option in terms of price-quality ratio. Even I would say that the quality is superior. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, there are not very many guests, although all the rooms were occupied, this is due to the fact that the hotel is small, rather even family-run. Our check-in was late, nevertheless, the beautiful hostess Tamara met us and put us in the desired rooms, giving us the keys to the gate and gate. The rooms have everything you need, a shared kitchen, a washing machine, a barbecue area, an indoor pool with a sauna. There are only two small wishes: to install shelves in the shower and put a second refrigerator in the kitchen (when all rooms are occupied, there is not enough space in the refrigerator). Rooms are cleaned as needed, you need to inform Tom about this, and on the same day your room will be cleaned, towels will be changed to clean ones.
There is a very pleasant dining room next to the hotel, the prices are very reasonable, delicious, you can take it away. Grocery stores and a small market are also close to the hotel.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace, the path is very pleasant through the relict grove. The sea is gorgeous, there is always a place on the beach, while not sitting on each other's heads. This is another advantage of the village of Agudzera in comparison with large cities. At the same time, it takes about 15 minutes by car to get to Sukhum.
The hostess of the hotel deserves a special word. Tamara is a very open, kind and pleasant person. He will come to the rescue on any issue and in any situation. I'm in touch almost 24/7. Toma even gave us a little surprise in the room on the occasion of our marriage, champagne with delicious cookies!
Only positive emotions remained from the rest. We recommend everyone to choose this particular village and hotel. And of course we will come back ourselves more than once)

We had a rest in July 2024. I really enjoyed my stay in Agudzera, a quiet and peaceful place. With a clean beach and a small number of vacationers, mostly family holidays. I liked the Loft hotel in the photo when I booked it. We were greeted by Tom's hospitable hostess. The hotel is very beautiful, well-maintained, a good buried territory at the hotel, with a Playground, a barbecue area, and places where you can have dinner. There is a swimming pool and sauna inside. The rooms are clean and well maintained, cleaned on request. The hosts are very caring and friendly.

We rested in the Standard room in early July 2024. The weather was quite hot, but the room was cool, the air conditioner was not even used. The room is clean and cozy, good bedding and bathroom amenities. Each guest is given slippers to move around the hotel. Although it's so clean that you can go barefoot. A very cool courtyard and recreation area. The territory is closed, everyone is given the keys to the gate. There is a shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave and a large refrigerator, tables. The pool is quite large, we swam in it once, everything is also beautiful and clean. I repeat the same someone's review: we felt at home. The hostess is just a miracle. Tom, thank you for your care and wonderful attitude towards the guests! I highly recommend it! Considering the fact that there are not so many people in the village, there are also vacationers. The beaches are clean and sparsely populated.

We stayed with Tamara and Eugene from 9.07 to 19.07. Very hospitable hosts, clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful loft design and pleasant atmosphere. I was especially pleased with the air conditioning in the rooms) There is free parking on site, as well as a large swimming pool and a barbecue area.
We are very happy with the rest, thank you very much! If we are in Abkhazia, we will definitely come back to you!!!

The hotel is excellent, everything is tastefully done, very cozy and clean.
There is a large private parking lot with automatic gates, there is a cafe nearby that is very tasty. But the surrounding destroyed, empty buildings and debris really spoil the overall picture. To the sea is a 25-minute walk through an abandoned sanatorium or camp.

We rested at the Agudzera Loft mini-hotel in late May - early June 2024. The hotel liked the modern and beautiful view from the first minutes of acquaintance with it. The hotel is always clean, homely, modern technologies in the rooms thoughtfully fill the hotel technically. Rooms with high ceilings have plenty of space and air. The hotel rooms in the photos fully match the photos when booking at the hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna with the latest innovations. The hotel has a barbecue area with pavilions in the style of tents, where you can comfortably and quietly spend time. There is a spacious guarded parking lot at the hotel.
The owners of the hotel are very attentive and caring to visitors, which creates a comfortable stay.
In the vicinity of the hotel there is a cafe with wonderful home cooking, various shops, a market.
The sea and the beach are 10-15 minutes away by a leisurely walk through the park, somewhat abandoned over time, but with a large number of different types of vegetation.
Our wish is to choose this hotel for a wonderful comfortable stay.

We had a vacation with a family of four from July 31 to August 7, 2024.
We are just delighted with Abkhazia, from Agudzera, from the Loft hotel. We chose the hotel for a very long time, read the reviews and still decided to take a chance and come to a new place for ourselves and did not regret it. We were greeted by the most sincere hostess of the Tom hotel. She showed everything, told us in detail what and where, was very open and kind to all of us. Beautiful and clean territory, free closed Parking at the hotel, Everything in the hotel is clean, thought out to the smallest detail, you understand that the owners did it for themselves, and not for tourists - from the bottom of their hearts. There is a wonderful cafe near the hotel where you can have a delicious and budget meal. 3-5 minutes from the hotel there is a local market where you can buy absolutely everything. The sea is 12-15 minutes away, leisurely through the park. And what a sea in Agudzera, it is impossible to describe in words - clean, calm, quiet. There are few people. We are very pleased that we chose this particular hotel. Thanks a lot to Tom and Eugene for their hospitality. We will DEFINITELY get back to you.

We had a rest in July 2023 with our family and children in this wonderful hotel! The hotel is just 5+, the hotel itself is new, everything is clean, new snow-white bed linen and towels, slippers, very cozy, the loft design is modern and looks interesting! The hotel has a children's room where children gather and play together, there is a common dining room with all necessary kitchen utensils. A big plus for us and the children was the pool, it is very spacious and also new and everything is clean and the sauna and salt room. Video surveillance is conducted on the territory and in the hotel, if you bring a car, then you can rest assured for the safety of the car! On the territory you can perfectly relax in the evenings, there are wicker sofas and also tents with tables and chairs, kebabs were fried on the grill, there is a playground for children.
We rested in Abkhazia for the first time and were very pleased that we chose the village of Agudzera, we really liked the fact that there are not a lot of tourists, it is very quiet, there are very few people on the beach, there are sun beds and tents with sun beds that can be rented, they also ride on a banana, tablets, there are 2 cafes.
We recommend the Loft hotel to everyone who goes to Agudzera, the best!!!
The owners of the hotel are very friendly, pleasant and friendly family, they will tell you everything, advise you, answer any questions! If we still go to Abkhazia, then only to you!

Great location, great modern hotel, nice friendly hosts. The rooms have everything you need, including air conditioning, clean fresh bed linen, clean bathroom. We rested with my husband for 6 days and felt at home all the days, a pleasant home environment. They were very warmly welcomed and also had a very good time. For us, another advantage was parking at the house, as we arrived by car. The gate is automatic, they immediately gave out a key, they could leave and arrive at any time without any difficulties. The sea is 10-15 minutes away.walking through the eucalyptus park. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, as we did not make a mistake with the choice, although we went to Abkhazia for the first time. We had a vacation with my mother Natasha in August 2023. The hotel is brand new, clean, modern. There is also a swimming pool and sauna, free of charge for hotel guests, which is very cool. Each room has air conditioning, which is very important in this heat. The hosts are hospitable, caring, the host even treated us to his homemade wine, which was very pleasant. The beach is not far away, a 10-15 minute slow walk. The beach is pebbly, so we sometimes took a minibus to Sukhum on sandy, which is also 10 minutes in time, the village is very close.
There is a barbecue area with gazebos, but unfortunately we did not have a chance to use it)
There is also a common dining room with a microwave and a refrigerator (there is no stove, but if you take a more advanced room, not an economy one, then there is a kitchenette already in the room itself). Very close, just a minute's walk away - there is a delicious and inexpensive dining room. The owners will tell you!
Since the hotel is brand new, the owners still have many plans for improvement, development and beautification of the territory. I would really like to see this hotel at least in 3 years. We think there will be a song at all! Who knows, maybe someday! Thanks to Tom and his Wife for their hospitality! ☺️

We stayed at this hotel 2 times: in the summer of 2023 and in January 2024. Very hospitable hosts Tom and Zhenya! Perfect cleanliness everywhere! There is a shared kitchen with tables, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle and necessary utensils. You can also relax outside: there is a barbecue, outdoor furniture. The hotel has an indoor pool with sauna and salt room. There is a local cafe, a market and several shops near the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, but it's a pleasure to walk through the park. We will definitely come again!

We had a rest in Agudzera in August 2023. I really liked the hotel: the hospitable hosts of the hotel, there is a small kitchen, a barbecue area and most importantly - a clean swimming pool. The room is nice: it is always clean, has air conditioning, wi-fi and excellent sound insulation.
There is parking with video surveillance on site, and the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

We rested with a family of 4 people from 23.07 to 03.08.23
1. Location.
Peace and quiet is what we were driving for. Family people will like it here. All the big cities with their hustle and bustle are behind us, and Agudzer has a quiet and measured life. It takes 10 minutes by car to Sukhum, if you suddenly want to "go out". The sea is also a 10-minute walk away, but there are no ascents and descents, as often happens on the Russian coast. The smell of eucalyptus accompanies you to the shore. 10 minutes in general is not annoying.
2. The hotel.
To be honest, I didn't expect it. It was beautiful in the pictures, but I had no illusions. In fact, everything is great! The hotel is fresh, everything is clean, air conditioning is everywhere. Small works are still being carried out on the territory, tiles are being laid, it will be very beautiful in general.
We had a sooo spacious room. You can't hear the neighbors, the walls are real, not made of cardboard.
I really liked the indoor pool. Guys, this is a real pool, it's big! The sauna is also decent. There is still a salt room, but we did not use it.
3. Security.
Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the hotel. It is convenient for motorists that the owners give a remote control from the automatic gate, you can use the car at any time without bothering anyone. I went fishing at 5 a.m. to the ruined pier to the Literaturka, Eugene will explain how to get there if anyone is interested. The gate is also locked (the keys are included with the room keys).
The owners of the hotel are Tom and Zhenya. We immediately found a common language with them and became friends. Very kind and pleasant people. They try and put their soul into their work.
I can say with confidence that we now have friends in Abkhazia :-)

We stayed for 5 days with a family, 2 adults and 2 children. We were very satisfied, very nice people (the owners of the hotel Tamara and Eugene). It is clear that they treat their hotel with a soul, everything is modern and clean. There is an indoor swimming pool, sauna, salt room, on the territory you can sit in gazebos, 10 minutes walk to the sea through a park with many trees. We had a rest from 5 to 08/16/24. Guys, this is a level! Without any. I have never met such customer-oriented hotel owners. The cleanliness is perfect, the territory is always clean, we walked barefoot. Barbecue area, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board/iron, air conditioning. Always available- the purest water from the source and of course all kinds of wine, chacha, honey. Morechko, well, 15 minutes if you can barely walk from the party the day before. There is an awesome dining room nearby - they ate there all the time- no complaints. Swimming pool, sauna - I was ready to live there))
Everything is done with love, care and for people who are tired of the fuss.

The hotel is new. Very clean. They treated us like dear guests.
I really liked the presence of children's playrooms. Even though we didn't need it, it's still nice.
Parking for cars is free and quite large.
We were four with children, we had a room specially prepared for children closer to the entrance, since it is necessary to move around in a wheelchair or crutches.
