I am very disappointed with the administration and staff of the restaurant. I would say that the holiday was ruined. I do not recommend anyone to hold any events here. The holiday will be completely ruined and not through your fault. I'll tell you in order why it happened.
1. We had a reservation for March 31, for 17:0, 10 people. We made this reservation in a few days, went and made a pre-order with prepayment. Day after day they call and say: "we will have another banquet in the restaurant today, they ordered live music. Do you mind? Are you still confirming the reservation?" The question itself is very strange: to call in the morning of the same day and clarify whether we refuse. Even if we wanted to refuse, where should we go with such a large company? This can be done at least 2 days in advance. In fact, it was not just live music, but a toastmaster with stories, jokes and songs at the volume of the ENTIRE restaurant, but only for 1 table. Because of this, there were no people at all at the same table, the repertoire of this toastmaster was a chanson from the 90s, which completely spoiled the atmosphere of our holiday, and I think the other guests too. I believe that this should not be allowed to the restaurant, in fact, everything worked for only 20 people - either they have to rent the entire restaurant, or sit in a separate room.
2. When booking, we asked that all salads (3 types of 2 plates each) be already on the table at 17:00, and at 17:30 to bring hot. We arrived earlier - 16.45, but at 17:00 there was 1 salad on the table, no drinks, no bread basket. Well, that's two plates of salad and that's it. I had to constantly ask them to carry the rest.
3. The waiter came up at the beginning and asked what kind of wine we would like. We discussed white or red among ourselves and ordered red. A waiter arrives with an OPEN bottle of white wine. To the remark that we ordered red, they persistently prove to us: "No, you said white, 100%, I heard." that is, no one has heard that the customer is always right here, although we tell the whole table that we ordered red. As a result, we met halfway and agreed to white. However, the fact that the bottle was not opened in front of us personally bothers me very much.
4. Next, salads were brought in half with grief, and we waited for the hot one for about an hour after we arrived, although we had discussed in advance that it should be served at 17:30. First, one dish was brought, the second was brought even later. We ordered a sausage set, which was supposed to be served with salads at 17:00, and it was brought between the hot ones.
5. Empty salad plates were not cleaned on time, napkins were not cleaned either. We had to put everything together ourselves so as not to sit in the mud. It was just terrible.
6. For men, they brought a bottle of vodka without stacks, they had to ask for the stacks separately.
7. When it was time for tea, tea kettles were brought without removing the table. Imagine putting teapots on a table that is filled with dirty food plates, crumbs, napkins, glasses, etc. I had to ask again not to bring the cake until the table was cleared. At this point, it was already funny from the stupidity of the waiters. And imagine that at this time, songs from the 90s or some kind of story for the next table are still being shouted in parallel!
8. The cake was cut at random. I said in advance that it should be divided into 10 parts. I started cutting into a lot of small, not identical ones. The question is, why did the waiter insist that he would cut himself? They didn't even give me a spatula to put the pieces of cake on the plates, but I didn't have the strength to ask again.
9. When calculating the question: "Did you like everything?" they honestly replied that they did not like anything, did not even answer anything, did not apologize, did not provide any kind of discount.
Bottom line: it was very terrible. I will never go there again to celebrate any of my life events! Disgusting staff, blind/deaf administration!
The place is good , but a big minus to the staff , they waited for food for 1.5 hours after they approached the administrator , they forgot about us , in general, the impressions were not very good , the birthday was spoiled
