Excellent hosts, friendly, open, economical. The houses have everything you need, very comfortable, quiet, fresh air.
Thank you very much for the hospitality and tips on excursions and cafes.
You can go to the dining room of the Aitar boarding house (buffet), the beach is clean next to it, with sun loungers. Mocha beach is nearby.

I'll put 5, but I'll also write a real review:
1. The photos match.there are three houses on the territory, there are greenery.the houses are located close together, we heard what the neighbors were talking about on the veranda.
A clean bed, towels are provided.
2. The houses are really in the forest, birds are singing in the morning.fresh air.
3. Aitar beach is 10-15 minutes on foot.There is no sidewalk!it's very annoying, because cars are just running around.the road is illuminated.
4. The beach itself is for us (I emphasize for us)- It sucks.a river flows in.a full beach of grannies and grandfathers from the Aitar boarding house.
5. I must say right away, if you are used to having breakfast early, take food with you.
Because before 10.0 you won't be able to eat or drink coffee anywhere near.
For example, there is a cafe chaika on the territory of aitara.we came to eat, we were practically kicked out by a waitress with a disgruntled face (why did you show up at 10 a.m.?).we went to the MVO, there is a dining room from 8.30.
The beach is either mvo or mocha (there is sand and a cafe-but expensive).
There is a shop near aitar with an unpleasant saleswoman.you can buy water, cigarettes, alcohol-no more (you saw Lenin's sausages in the window).You can't buy fruit anywhere near here.
Taxi to MVO or mocha-200re

For me personally, the biggest disadvantage was the hordes of mosquitoes, bees, wild bees and hornets (I remind you, there is a forest nearby).

we had a rest in early September, 3 beautiful houses, there is no need to climb the mountain from the sea, near the aitar boarding house where you can eat and walk around the beautiful territory, all the shortcomings are solved quickly, the owner lives nearby, as well as the maid Dasha is a nice girl next door, too, (the TV did not work, it was immediately set up). you can use the washing machine, the kitchen is always free, in general, I really like everything, but I feel sorry for Vasenka, how he overwinters, because only the guests fed him.
