I had one interaction with the store, but it was extremely positive. I needed a Garmin Stryker 9 echo sounder. In many stores, it hangs on websites, but is not available. I ended up here.
It was Sunday morning. Store employee Dmitry turned out to be the only seller from all over the city who was understanding and helped solve my question. I promptly arrived at the warehouse on the morning of the day off. In modern times, such an approach only evokes respect and greatly increases loyalty. Plus, he talked about various additional accessories for the echo sounder, for which he is very grateful. Judging by the warehouse, the range of goods is very large. I'll add: I went to the store's warehouse again. I bought a LiFePO4 battery for the echo sounder at the lowest price in the city. I wrote to Viber, booked it, and came and picked it up. At the same time, I spied some more nice things in the warehouse for completing the boat.

They had the temerity to contact this store twice and were extremely disappointed with the result. The first bad experience was that the store forgot about our order and, therefore, forgot to deliver the order to the courier on time. It was only after a personal call to the manager that it turned out that the order had been accepted, but not sent for delivery. To the question: "What should we do? We really need them by tomorrow," we were indifferently answered: "Cancel the order and buy at another store." We were very upset by the fact of such indifference of the manager. Nevertheless, a day later we decide to re-order chairs, choose the appropriate ones on the website (blue, this is important). The order is accepted, the courier arrives and a second disappointment awaits us here! To our great surprise, the chairs were not blue, but green. Just the ones we didn't order. The subsequent conversation with the manager looked something like this:
- We ordered blue chairs and it was fundamentally important.
- My God, what difference does it make to you what color the chairs are.
- These chairs are already burning for us, and you are bringing us the wrong color. What'll we do?
- We don't have any blue chairs at all, cancel the order.
I had to take the green chairs. The quality was not impressive. The covers barely hold ...
I would really like, after this review, the managers of the Boatman store to learn more about such concepts as politeness, customer orientation and prompt solution of emerging problems!
