Pleasant interior, low prices (closer to the sea, prices are immediately 1.5-2 times higher).
And most importantly, it works from 8:00!! We came to the opening and in half an hour 20 people came, no less. We were still at 15 in the afternoon - there were also empty seats. Many took pizza and other food with them.
There is a self-service lounge at the entrance (to order and pick up food at the distribution). You can go outside - there are several tables (but bring the dishes yourself, this is normal for canteens).
Then there is a service room (with waiters), even an announcement "+10% fee" on the door, the interior is different.
We managed to try only a couple of dishes - there are flaws in the execution, but it's still delicious)
Compote of berries is very concentrated (or we are used to drinking heavily diluted ones), it tastes like grandma's)

We sunbathed on the beach in August , near the Colonnades in Gagra , we wanted to eat through the navigator , according to the number of good reviews we chose the cafe Boat , it is located right on the central road , driving up to it and going inside , of course we were not delighted , but after ordering food we were pleasantly surprised by its taste and speed the service , as well as the friendly staff . Today we came to Abkhazia again and immediately planned to have breakfast there , it was still delicious , after visiting the amazing lake Ritsa , we stopped for dinner on the way back . Thanks to the replays and all the staff, the food is awesome!

I liked the dining room. Clear. From 8-00 to 12-00 the breakfast menu. Porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes. After 12-00 the main menu. There are always a lot of people. The girl at the checkout is punching the check and releasing the order, so everything is very slow. The prices are reasonable. The working hours and location are very convenient. The place is very popular. We were in the second half of September and there were still a lot of people, during rush hours, all the tables were occupied, both on the street and in all three halls of the dining room.

We ate here every day with the whole family for 10 days. We tried almost all the dishes on the menu - everything is delicious! The children had mashed potatoes with a cutlet and borscht in the top. Adults especially liked the fish, meat in Abkhazian style in a frying pan. The most delicious khachapuri is delicate and fragrant. We were in Abkhazia in July 2023, the food was certainly not WOW, I expected a little better, but because this was the nearest dining room, we went there for the first time. The staff was so friendly in the morning that I wanted to turn around and leave, but we went to breakfast with the child and there was no desire to look for another place for breakfast because the vacation passes so quickly.

I didn't like the place, although the locals said on the street that it was the best place for price / quality. We were in the self-service lounge. There was a woman behind the cash register , snarling like a dog . The khinkali was terrible, it was lying on the plate somehow, some kind of pasta of vague origin. Homemade lemonade is a lemon squeezed and diluted with water, not even carbonated! That 's all the lemonade. I do not recommend it, there is a risk of poisoning.

We visited this cafe twice: the first time, as it seemed to us, the Russian waitress served us - she communicated perfectly, explained everything and told us. They took khinkali, khachapuri, wine (in a bottle), cheburek, meat, caesar. Everything was edible. And although the food was not "Wow", we decided to come again (since it is difficult to find delicious cuisine in Gagra, there are not good cafes at every step). And our second visit just crossed out all the positive emotions from the first time. And not only with us: there were 2 other families in the hall besides us. And everyone was shocked by the service. The waitress was Abkhazian - rude, she just threw the menu on the table, after taking orders she mixed everything up, and, bringing the dish, she just shouted "who ordered, take it away." The trout was brought raw to us and to the next table. Half of our order was not made at all. Initially, they asked the waitress how long the order would be ready - 20 minutes. But in fact it turned out to be 50. When we tried to talk to someone from the management, we were refused with the words "I don't like something - it's your problem, leave!". As a result, a spoiled dinner. I strongly advise against this institution

The waiters are very rude, they don't respect their guests at all. You feel like a beggar for your money there. I understand that it's the season and you have a lot of guests, but you guys can't hate us all so openly. The first one is missing at all..) We ordered 2 portions of roast at home, we received only one, because before us the person ordered the roast too, and the employee forgot to give it to him. They exchanged it for the last portion of fatty pilaf with pork..
the staff in the kitchen swears among themselves and is rude to customers, everything is audible in the hall. We are sorry that we visited this institution.

The staff is not friendly. The same person is at the checkout and at the distribution-everything is very long. I came across uncooked cutlets and a boat with sour cheese. Don't set foot there anymore.

They noticed that in a shift with a woman with short hair, tangerine juice and sour cream are always diluted at the distribution, instead of lemon, she tried to give the peel to tea, when they were outraged, she also cheated. In general, it's like in canteens in Soviet times. You will not find a single phone number of the management, if you suddenly want to make claims, the feedback of the owners of the institution does not care.

We visited this institution on 08/16/2023, Complete unsanitary conditions, two tortured women work, put cutlets with their hands without gloves, compote was poured from some kind of paint jar, it was very hot in the institution, there were no air conditioners, service was as slow as possible, the soup tasted strange, they did not eat, cutlets and mashed potatoes tasted good, but 4 out of four people were poisoned after visiting this institution . If you do not want to spend most of your vacation in a hospital / bed, I do not recommend visiting.
