Today I was at an appointment with an ultrasound doctor Mikhalchik N.F. I was amazed by the attentiveness, kindness, professionalism of this lovely woman. She helped me sort out my problems. They were invited to the reception even ahead of time and did not let go until everything was sorted out. Although the results of the study are not comforting, but such treatment helps to overcome difficulties. There was so much desire in the person to help, thank her very much for that. Before that, there was a negative experience of applying for such a service to another doctor in this branch.

I want to leave a review about gynecologist-endocrinologist Kolotkova
Lyudmila Nikolaevna.
She made a non-existent diagnosis only based on ultrasound results, the conclusion of which is insufficient. I didn't notice anything elementary on the ultrasound, I prescribed pills that would have done harm. Fortunately, I decided not to take such serious pills after the conclusion, I studied the information. She left in tears. I cried without a drop of exaggeration all evening, the first two hours I was under tremendous stress. For three more months, I remembered this nightmare with horror. I went to a competent specialist the very next day, who denied everything and I was absolutely healthy. Read the reviews of other girls. Their situations are exactly one-on-one with mine. I am very sorry that I did this only after the reception.
The LODE clinic got into the situation and refunded the money for the appointment. I got feedback from them pretty quickly. I was satisfied with the clinic's response and decision on my complaint. The clinic is good, but I'm writing a review about a doctor and I can't give him a good rating. I will give the second star solely out of courtesy to the clinic.

Irina Ivanovna Dubrovskaya and her baby have already had an ultrasound a couple of times. Both the first and the second time were very satisfied. Irina Ivanovna is a very pleasant, responsive, open, friendly and kind specialist, and a person too, I'm sure. She explained everything, told me, prompted me. She performed an ultrasound competently and quickly (because it's hard for the baby to sit in one place). Even when he was crying (which I was worried about), no one kicked us out, on the contrary, everything went on in a playful way, paying attention not only to the parents, but also to the baby himself. What else I liked, there are no queues. You arrive at your own time, at your own time, and you come in. And the administrators are nice. I am not a fan of writing reviews, however, having experience visiting other medical centers - this is the third in our three months of life - I want to share my impressions. Let others, when choosing a specialist, read the reviews and read mine:
We have ONLY pleasant impressions of the visit.
I would like to express my gratitude to the doctor of the ultrasound department, Irina Dubrovskaya.
An excellent specialist! There is a great wealth of knowledge of anatomy, physiology and stages of development of the human body, although it is small, in our case. She knows her job perfectly well: attention to detail, tact, quickly and accurately analyzes the images received on the screen (I still don't understand how ultrasound specialists set up pictures-some people spin something there for a long time and are nervous, everything was at the highest level here -definitely in the right hands), which is important when the patient is a child.
If you want to do an ultrasound examination without stress for yourself and your baby, visit Irina Ivanovna! A competent specialist will explain everything clearly and to the point, in simple words, the nuances in the conclusion that are incomprehensible to us, ordinary people who are far from medicine. He will find an approach to both the child and the adult.
The person is polite, friendly, attentive and responsive. The visit was easy, fast, and nerve-free for the baby and us, the parents.
Now we will only go to her for an ultrasound.

Yesterday, my mother, an 84-year-old old woman, urgently needed to have an ultrasound of the heart for hospitalization at the Alexandrov cancer center. On the call, we made an appointment for a 12.40 heart ultrasound on the 2nd floor, for those reasons we were 5-6 minutes late, no more. The doctor had already taken another patient for an appointment, the next one was sitting without an appointed time at all, he did not answer the question for what time he was. When the patient came out, I apologized for being late and asked very much to see my elderly 84-year-old mother (she was sitting and crying), I just wanted to kneel in front of her, which was categorically refused, there was not even a gram of compassion and understanding. I understand that it's our fault that we were late, but they took the next person instead of us, couldn't they have gone to meet us????? And will my next mom get an ultrasound???

I asked for honey.invite the management to invite the sister. Immediately, the head of the MC LODE, S. V. DECHKO, came and acted as a magician, promising that he would print out the readings of the three-channel apparatus as a 12-channel one. Who are patients taken for!? By the way, the cardiologist himself. In fairness, I want to note that it was offered to return the money, but that's not why I traveled such a distance. I believed the magic of the manager.
The nurse, at arm's length, stuck the contacts. Apparently, knowing her handwriting, she gave 15 spare pieces in an envelope, in case they come unstuck. I inserted batteries into the device, while choosing which ones it will work from. Yes, you take extra money for batteries, but so that patients have confidence that he will not turn off before the allotted time! Then I put the device in my bag on my naked body! Why not on a T-shirt? Why over your shoulder and not around your neck? Where is hygiene (sterility)? Where is the convenience of wearing? Is it weak to offer options?
I am waiting for a printout of the readings of the 3-channel apparatus as a 12-channel one, by the wizard of Dechko Sergey V.

You come by appointment, in 15 minutes and most of the time, waiting for your turn. The most stupid thing is that after the reception, you go back to the queue to pay for the service.

The only question for Lode is why an appointment with a traumatologist is needed when the X-ray does not work (although its presence is indicated on the website). And if I understood correctly, the days of the traumatologist's work and the days of the X-ray usually do not coincide.
I was offered to take the picture somewhere else or on another day.
