There was a re-treatment of the tooth canals under a microscope due to a lesion at the root (previously the tooth was not disturbed). The doctor treated the tooth and said that it might hurt a little or not at all, go and put permanent crowns. That same evening, the tooth began to hurt, even more at night. As a result, the pain was constantly acute, I did not take more than one painkiller, after three days, I write to the Lode to be registered with a doctor for acute pain after treatment. They made an appointment with the doctor, I came to Lompik E.S., he touched the tooth, the gum and said everything was fine, I told him that I had acute pain, I couldn't help but eat, sleep, the pain was not removed. To which the Doctor replied: be patient, the pain will reach its peak and everything will go away abruptly. I came out of the office and cried because I didn't know how to get through the night and live until morning because of the pain. The pain has been going on for 4 days. The next day, my face was swollen, my condition was disgusting. I came - it says children's medical center, dentistry has moved. I think, well, you never know, maybe they moved yesterday with an X-ray, etc., the forms were not corrected (which is abnormal, given the lack of explanations about this, but at least it is understandable). But I decided to ask at the reception on the 1st floor. They said here, just to the 2nd floor. Okay, I went, gave the direction to the reception, asked if it was possible to pass - yes, it is possible. But there were no coupons, and I left. I came the next day (August 3), gave directions, asked if it was possible to pass - yes, but on a first-come, first-served basis, if you can wait. No problem, I waited, called the insurance company, gave the direction in the office, passed (the thought flashed, however, that it all looked surprisingly similar to the X-ray taken the day before, but it did not occur to me that after so many checks of the direction by different people it might turn out that they were doing something wrong). And only when it was necessary to sort out the payment, and a letter of guarantee came from the insurance company to the CBT, at the reception they found out that I was just X-rayed again, and they don't do CBT at all. Well, at least they didn't take money for the erroneous research. Where to go - go to Independence 58A. Okay, I came there - and we are not doing this, this is for you in the dental department at Surganova 39. I had to go there. There, I must say, they were accepted immediately - but it turned out that they could not do what was indicated in the direction, the device did not allow; they advised to find out at another medical center nearby - but, as a result, it turned out to be closed (specifically, the latter is just the context, and not the fault of LODE, the doctor or the registrar on Surganova 39, here they tried to help somehow, and were honest).
As a result, I spent half a day, not bad nerves - and I did not receive the promised service (but I received a little radiation: although not a critical dose, but still superfluous).
I have never encountered such carelessness even in polyclinics (I admit that I was just lucky), and to see this in a medical center, and even with, to put it mildly, not the lowest prices (if they are not covered by insurance), is very unpleasant and strange
