I drive a car to the guys from time to time, even though I don't even live in this area. If I need a consultation, I get it without any problems with a smile. (I don't understand chemistry, etc.).
Regarding the performance of the work, there simply can be no complaints! I like the way the employees treat the car. They respond to requests coolly, they themselves offer to remove something, shift it, and so on. I am scrupulous about the quality of the sink, I inspect everything before and after, but in the LM13 you can really be calm about the paintwork and interior elements.
I used detaling to make ceramics and remove dents. As for me, it's fast) Both procedures were done well, so I can safely advise detaling! The rest should be tested)
If I'm not going on business, I can wait out the car wash right at the reception, where I can comfortably sit down, and also play curling iron) and yes, when I was there for the first time, they persuaded me to play)))
Everything is OK for the price, as there is more expensive, there is cheaper. Price = quality. And this is the main thing.)
The location of the sink is super. Those who live in the area are lucky, as there is also a shopping center at the same address.
The best detaling that I have visited, the staff is as polite as possible, consulted about all services to the maximum, kept informed throughout all the work, a constant photo report of the procedures performed with the car, did a very large amount of work and most importantly, as a gift, they covered important body elements with a protective film, the result is very satisfied, everyone I recommend it

I don't usually write reviews, but this is a special case, at the sink for the first time, and I was very pleased.
I can only highlight the pros and cons here.
- the staff treats you as if you are their closest and most beloved relative,
- I did not find a single trash can and speck of dust in the salon, they even found long-forgotten children's small toys,
- the windows were soaped that it seemed to me that they were not there
-they were externally washed and rubbed so that the car shone even in the dark.
I recommend the car wash, this is probably the best place where I was serviced. Come on in, you won't regret it.
It is not the first year that I have been serviced at this Car Wash and I would like to highlight it separately, I liked the quality of the services performed from the first time, the employees are excellent, they understand their business well, they have their own approach to everyone.And more recently I left my car for dry cleaning, I was very pleased with the result, many thanks to the staff for the excellent service!

The sink is like a sink, it performs functions, but there is a huge BUT. I left the car, an old e39, but with a native coin box and a curtain to it. It was whole, but it stuck sometimes (you don't need to pull hard to close it). When I took the car, I noticed that the curtain was torn off. I showed it to the administrator and the person who washed it. They said that they didn't break it and that everything was like that. We agreed that they would order a new curtain and replace it. After a while, he called the administrator, and the director picked up the phone. He fiercely argued that they had not broken it, that everything was normal on the cameras. The director did not even specify what kind of curtain, window or what, he immediately began to deny it. He called an employee to the phone, who was washing, blamed everything on the administrator, saying that he broke it, because he was checking the work. Did I forget to clarify that the admin is already not working for some reason and that I will already prove and tell the person who does not work there? As a result, the car was washed normally, but I feel sorry for the curtain (well, what can I do, the car is 26 years old), there is no customer orientation. I would not have written a review if this situation had been solved humanely. It's my old car, but if it was expensive and they did the same? What's all this about, if something doesn't stretch, dangles, and so on, just don't touch it anymore and tell the owner. All the bad things
In short: the car wash for 4 is not the worst in Minsk, but it is far from ideal. Detaling is a horror that cannot be appreciated. If you still decide to use their services and leave the car, be sure to sign the contract, the act of acceptance / delivery of the car and take a picture in a circle. Come to the car acceptance with a person who knows at least a little about the field of child care.
Perhaps the owners are trying to change something, but my personal experience is a lot of time and nerves spent on "debriefing". Of the entire list of works, the only thing that was done relatively well was polishing.
The administration's customer focus ended exactly from the moment the money was transferred.
I did the polishing and pasting of the headlights with film. I was very pleased with the result. The guys are great, high-quality advice and work. Thanks again!

They will make the complex better than yours on a regular Moca.
They impose unnecessary services (which they then cannot perform efficiently), the administrator is an adult man, offers to do a one-step polishing (which is useless on my car) where a deep one is needed. Learn to match 😉
The bottom line:
1. stupidly chop money
2. The quality of services is the worst in the city
3. Untrained staff and administration
4. There is only one name from detailing.
5. I do not recommend this SINK to anyone

For your money, the sink is of disgusting quality. The water from the joints is not removed at all and you have to wipe everything yourself so that the car is not stained. Plus, the last time the varnish and a little paint were damaged, I had to do polishing

Great guys, there's not a crumb in the cabin, the glass inside is perfectly clean, there's also no fault to find outside. At the moment, the best Car Wash in terms of price-quality ratio of those that I visited. I recommend it!
Washed quickly, efficiently (I take the body + interior + glass). The prices are average in the city, for the quality and speed of work they are quite adequate. Convenient location. It is in demand - there are queues, but it is not critical (and you can leave the car and pick it up later)
If you're not driving a Maybach or Porsche, you don't even have to stop by :))
These cars are polished from top to bottom, but they didn't care about yours) they were washed and cleaned so that they had to clean up themselves. They hadn't even heard about the existence of the trunk, but at that time they came up to wipe the Porsche on the street 5 times))

I brought the car by prior (!!) appointment at 13.00, I signed up last night, not even day to day! I brought the car in advance (at 12.30) so that the time arrangements would be fulfilled for sure. I gave the keys to the receptionist, we agreed that upon completion of the car wash, he would call back.
I did not wait for the call, I came to get the car at 15.00. And NOW ATTENTION: the car was untouched, from the word completely. She was standing in the same place, in the same form. In 2 hours of time, the car wash was not started. And this is taking into account the pre-registration!
I have not received an explanation of the reasons for this situation from the car wash workers, I am generally silent about the elementary "sorry that it happened like this". Absolutely boorish attitude towards clients and work in general!
M13 employees have obviously never heard of customer orientation. Which is at least very strange for the 21st century.
And I did wash the car at another car wash! For 28 rubles, by the way, and not for 42, as stated here.

Everything is fine on LM13 so far. I would like a discount on regular visits!
