We were at the end of February, when the whole of Adjara was covered with snow. The views are amazing, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. The staff is not very hurried, but also moderately friendly. There was a swimming pool in the SPA area, the water in which was not very clean and not warm. The Jacuzzi is also so-so. Our room was big, but Wandey could barely manage to heat it. Definitely not 5 stars. Anyway, I don't want to come here a second time. But we need to give the place a second chance in the summer, come to the restaurant at sunset and see how the pools are here.

The hotel is very beautiful and with a stunning view! We arrived at it early, at 11:30, but they settled us without any problems. We even had time for breakfast. The kitchen is delicious! But the service... and the outdoor pool without heating ... was not pleasantly surprised. They won't deliver the order, they won't take the empty plate ... there are a lot of advantages! But it doesn't reach 5k. Well, the sunsets there are just fantastic!

Well, not 5 stars, of course, as stated. But a beautiful and pleasant place. Delicious food, gorgeous views on both sides. The rooms are clean. It is necessary to solve the problem with the purity of the water in the pool.
