The first restaurant in Minsk that was chosen to visit and immediately a fiasco. The restaurant does not have a very large hall and there is a small veranda. The interior is standard for such an institution. After entering the restaurant, we stopped and waited for someone to meet us, as the landing was quite complete and whether we could have dinner was questionable. After standing for a few minutes, we didn't wait for anyone. Then a waiter appeared, moving in our direction, but he did not seem to notice us and hurried outside. I asked him if the hostess would meet us, and in response we received a dry no and without paying any attention to us went to the summer veranda. We did not expect such a meeting in the restaurant. I had to go outside and talk to this magus, and call the manager. After a while, a girl came out and listened to our claim that guests were not greeted this way. We were offered a free table. We ate, drank, and the waiter served us politely, but the sediment remained. In general, I must say that in the future, visiting restaurants in Minsk, we often observed a picture when guests were not greeted at the entrance.
After an interesting but rather tedious trip to the castles, our friendly company, on the recommendation of the guide, directed our steps to the Litvina restaurant on Pobediteley Avenue. A fairly large, but slightly gloomy hall, with somewhat loud club music. The six of us stayed quite comfortably.
Our choice and impressions:
1. Cold appetizers: baked potatoes with herring, homemade lard, mushroom paté. What to say is nothing. Everything is simple, fresh and delicious.
2. Warm salad with glazed carrots, cheese and something else. It's delicious, unusual, but very tasty.
3. I've been wanting to try flasks for a long time. He was here. Thick, rich, awesome soup with the tripe I adore!!! I wish it was winter. In winter, yes, it is under the tiller – what else is needed for snowdrifting.
4. Fried tongue. GOOD fried tongue.
5. Shank with crispy crust and bigos. Bigos was good. The knuckle was presented by a local chef, a master knuckle maker. I cut everything up, showed it beautifully and told it. But... the knuckle is tasteless. From the word at all.
6. Well, how can you be in Belarus and not try draniki in all its guises? We had all kinds on the table – stuffed with meat, mushroom sauce, poached egg, etc., etc. Just delicious pancakes. Maybe they were waiting for something unusual in the homeland of this specialty, but it's just delicious and that's it.
7. It was all washed down with different types of alcohol: ascending from beer to sparkling for ladies and vodka for gentlemen. Everything is not even bad, especially to taste the taste of the already forgotten sanctioned beer. The only thing they didn't understand was the taste of mead – to be honest, it's rare, not mead for sure.
8. Maintenance. As our guide said: "Don't expect people to jump around you. There is no need to hurry." Everything is slow, but thorough.
Summing up the results. It turned out to be the best place for us in Minsk. I can't say that we explored the culinary world of Belarus, but in two days it was the best.

If it didn't go in, I returned it to the kitchen. They took something else, but there was no memory left.
