A very atmospheric restaurant. I was pleased with everything from the very beginning - friendly waiters, unusual serving of cutlery, personages with historical text. The dishes are delicious, large enough portions, excellent drinks (we took tinctures, cocktails, long drinks). The waiters are constantly around, as soon as the plate is empty, they immediately take it away, offer drinks - if suddenly the glass is empty, they are interested in whether everything is fine with it - unobtrusively and with a smile. After 18, it is advisable to book a table. A place where you want to return.

A wonderful restaurant. We really liked it. We had a great evening with friends. Be careful-the food is very tasty, and the portions are quite large. A varied menu, original serving of dishes. An interesting interior. Very polite, pleasant service. It is better to book the table in advance, because it is problematic to get to the weekend. We will definitely come back here again.

Our guide recommended this place to us when we went on a tour of Minsk.
The service is excellent, the food is very interesting.
But unfortunately, their food turned out to be too delicious for the child and me.
I ate from the menu: cabbage soup (it feels like they were lean, without meat, but there was a lot of cabbage) and Nesvizh salad (it's herring under a fur coat, only all the ingredients are diced), to be honest, I didn't like it.
The child is 9 years old-I took borscht-it seemed to me a win-win option, but they serve it with caviar (the child does not eat this, I ate it), then more-there were cranberries in the borscht, and not like the child, even I could not eat it myself, well, it's very much for an amateur!
Of all the dishes ordered, I liked only the dessert bird's milk!
It is a pity that there is absolutely no children's menu in this institution.

The Litvins!!! First of all, I will tell you about the kitchen guys, I liked everything, the price and quality all correspond to each other, there is nothing supernatural, but delicious, thank you to everyone who tried!
The bad thing is that the waiter and the hostess are in one person, the bad thing is that the waiters are not attentive, gather together in a bunch, laugh at the whole hall, you often catch unnecessary glances in your eyes, a girl came up stereotypically at the beginning, after seeing everything ordered, she changed in tone and in service, sadly I forgot how the name!
A wonderful interior with a hall in the hall, my love for fireplaces! The terrace is cozy!
We will come in as we are neighbors!
Do I recommend it? 70/30. , I hope my next visit will change the percentage ratio! And all this impression will not be spoiled by unqualified staff of the hall!

We were in "Litviny" on 11/16/2024 for the Winners. A very popular place. Despite the large influx of guests, the staff successfully coped. Thanks to the waiter Egor, well done!!! And also in the open kitchen, we saw how the staff works under the guidance of Yulia Boloshko, our favorite participant of the "Infernal Chef". She is beautiful and smart herself, it was nice to see her at work. The dishes are super! The presentation is original! We ate everything without a trace. I recommend. We managed to visit the Litvina restaurant, the owners of the establishment are restoring dishes of ancient cuisine. The interior is stylish. But the most important thing here is of course the food! Very tasty, unusual combinations of products. Rye ice cream with salt and buckwheat popcorn is worth a lot. Polite staff who will tell you the choice. It is advisable to book a table when we were there, there was a full boarding.

We went specifically to the draniki and were not mistaken. And borscht, and chicken pancakes, and cherry liqueur, and honey cake - all delight!
The average check is 1500-2000 rubles per person.

Secondly, everything is very tasty! Lusta with a duck - belissimo! Minsk-style shingles are fat but delicious. Lard is mmmm so tender, I ate everything, although I don't like it in general. A delicate fur coat. Well, the honeydew crown is in mind of the mushroom. I thought that after all I had eaten it would not fit, but I flew with a bang, because it is very light! It just melts in your mouth, no heaviness or greasiness. And of course the service! It is very rare to meet such a thing. The waiter told us about everything-all the dishes so that we wanted to try everything, and in general a very friendly attitude, it is clear that a person with a soul fits. It's a pity I didn't remember the name (( in general, I advise you to come and try it a million times. I think you need to book on the weekend, because on Mon in the evening there was almost a full boarding

After an interesting but rather tedious trip to the castles, our friendly company, on the recommendation of the guide, directed our steps to the Litvina restaurant on Pobediteley Avenue. A fairly large, but slightly gloomy hall, with somewhat loud club music. The six of us stayed quite comfortably.
Our choice and impressions:
1. Cold appetizers: baked potatoes with herring, homemade lard, mushroom paté. What to say is nothing. Everything is simple, fresh and delicious.
2. Warm salad with glazed carrots, cheese and something else. It's delicious, unusual, but very tasty.
3. I've been wanting to try flasks for a long time. He was here. Thick, rich, awesome soup with the tripe I adore!!! I wish it was winter. In winter, yes, it is under the tiller – what else is needed for snowdrifting.
4. Fried tongue. GOOD fried tongue.
5. Shank with crispy crust and bigos. Bigos was good. The knuckle was presented by a local chef, a master knuckle maker. I cut everything up, showed it beautifully and told it. But... the knuckle is tasteless. From the word at all.
6. Well, how can you be in Belarus and not try draniki in all its guises? We had all kinds on the table – stuffed with meat, mushroom sauce, poached egg, etc., etc. Just delicious pancakes. Maybe they were waiting for something unusual in the homeland of this specialty, but it's just delicious and that's it.
7. It was all washed down with different types of alcohol: ascending from beer to sparkling for ladies and vodka for gentlemen. Everything is not even bad, especially to taste the taste of the already forgotten sanctioned beer. The only thing they didn't understand was the taste of mead – to be honest, it's rare, not mead for sure.
8. Maintenance. As our guide said: "Don't expect people to jump around you. There is no need to hurry." Everything is slow, but thorough.
Summing up the results. It turned out to be the best place for us in Minsk. I can't say that we explored the culinary world of Belarus, but in two days it was the best.
