Check and compare the prices that you are charged for additional services! Check the software right away (YouTube, Russification, etc.) then it will be difficult to prove something! A customer-oriented company!
In early November 2024, voyah free pro 12/23 orders. According to the contract, the deadline was 90 days. They brought it in over 60, they didn't drive by the ears, they met the deadlines. Manager Violetta was always in touch, not a single question went unanswered. We made a good discount on the pasting in VinilStudio, where I asked to install a grille in the bumper. Installed for free. Before the car was issued, a tire service was organized, I only needed to bring a set of winter tires. We kindly agreed to help with the master account free of charge. By additional agreement, a set of mats and a 7kW charging station were included in the specification. Car delivery has turned into a real holiday. The wife was presented with a huge bouquet of flowers. I compare it with the experience of working with EV Panda, which is 10 km from LITIO, so this is "heaven" and "earth". LITIO is on top, keep it up! I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent interior of electric cars. Large, spacious, clean, bright. The choice of a car is for any wallet. There are budget options available and more expensive. The consultant girl is well versed in models, can tell and show. Zeekr, Voyah, BYD, Honda, ID,4 were available...There will be more deliveries of other cars.
One of the disadvantages is the location behind the MKAD. From the metro station it takes 15-20 minutes on foot.

I bought a red new bmw at Litio before the new year, unfortunately, after 3 weeks it turned out that the roof was painted (putty was used) and the rack was damaged during transportation. This was not reported during the sale. Then, when confronted with the fact, they confessed and sent photos, they didn't even apologize, but the sediment remained. I recommend checking the car before buying, there is a chance that you will have a painted car and this will affect its price when you decide to sell it.

We wanted to buy a car at your car dealership, but after visiting, the desire to cooperate with you disappeared immediately in 5 minutes! Not only did the consultants at the dealership not even greet us, they simply did not pay attention to us, despite the fact that there were no visitors except us. The banal question "how can we help you?" I didn't either, but I would like to. The consultants did not have the desire to pull out information with spokes, I will contact another organization. Just a review, just to be more attentive to your potential customers next time!
Customer focus is at zero!
How can you contact such people if they are already cheating on the spot?!
