We have just returned from vacation. Abkhazia is wonderful for its nature and the sea. We have already visited it many times. The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean, the territory is very good, everything is conducive to doing everything at the level, very cool. But....We booked the first 3 days in this boarding house. They did not extend it, since the prices are already like in hotels with good service, but there is no service. The food is like in a Soviet canteen. If you are a little late, then everyone has already dared. There is ground coffee in the dining room, but no milk. When asked by the staff if there was milk, she received a grin. I do not know what kind of cereal they pour for children. Locals come to the beach, gather in groups. One of them was rude in response to a question about renting a Sap board. We just didn't expect the locals to come there with their own, it turns out. In general, the owner of the establishment clearly wanted a different result. We need control. Either discount the prices or change something. You pay for a service that doesn't exist. As an option, do not pay for meals, look for cafes, if there is such an option here.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Large territory, Parking, Playground. Children's room with staff, generally separate 5 stars! Table tennis is available. Clean, large swimming pool. Shops on site. WiFi throughout the territory. Own sun beds, you don't need to pay extra for anything. The cinema! Movies every day, at lunch and in the evening. The dining room is large. But, there is one unpleasant moment, fruits, compotes and desserts ran out very quickly and were not always taken out again. Maybe it's because of the vacationers, maybe the number is limited, but I had to run faster first for sweets, and then everything else. The dishes are varied and delicious.

A great place to relax! After the renovation, the hotel has a very good level, although not everything has been renovated yet. We rested with pleasure! It is democratic, everything is accessible, the people are relaxed. Many thanks to the Literary Fund! A very good impression. Meals are served three times a day according to the buffet scheme. The food is normal, for every taste. The renovation is both exterior and interior fresh. Every morning, a schedule of entertainment events for children and not only is posted for the whole day. The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are small (unlike Gagra). On the beach (and generally on the territory of the sanatorium), obsessive individuals with various unnecessary and semi-necessary services and goods do not wander. There are stationary points where products, souvenirs, etc. are sold, a pharmacy, saps, excursions. Dolphins were seen from the sanatorium beach twice in 8 days. The library is gorgeous. The literature is of high quality, mostly modern editions. There are a lot of classics of different genres. There is a good billiard room. Often free, with a low price tag. There are excellent fields for basketball, volleyball, and lawn tennis. They play volleyball a lot. There is a great outdoor pool. The children spent a lot of time in it with pleasure.
Among the disadvantages: we did not appreciate the fact that the waiter team spent almost every evening in the pool. Well, even this is not the main disadvantage. The downside is that they smoke a lot while sitting right by the pool. That is, despite the fact that in very many moments the sanatorium is really very high-quality and comfortable, allowing staff to smoke around the perimeter of the pool seems somehow incomprehensibly disastrous. Well, maybe they do it outside of work hours and don't violate anything. And in general, it should be noted that they behave absolutely normally. But somehow, the administration seems to be underworking with smoking on the territory.
And yet, so that my review is not misinterpreted, I note that I give a confident 5 stars. A very high-quality relaxing holiday on the Black Sea. I am sure that the administration will quickly and easily fix the situation with smoking by the pool.

Excellent boarding house, gorgeous beach, swimming pool , dining room. Clean, well-maintained territory. Secure parking. Three elevators are constantly working. The staff is polite, they try to solve all problems to the maximum. The furniture is new. It was very pleasant to rest there for 2 weeks.I highly recommend the Abkhazian feast from the excursions. You can go to the rest yourself and save money. The food is homemade, without frills. Rotavirus has not been caught.Abkhazia is beautiful. There are no traffic jams, the roads are good. People are like everywhere else. Cows are like in India. And there's a construction site all around. The beaches are free. Small pebbles.

I had a rest in the middle of June. The main building has the 11th floor. Single room (excellent view from the balcony: the sea is on the right, the lake is on the left), the furniture is modest, but everything you need is there. The room cleaning is good. I liked the building itself too. Everything is nearby, dining room, swimming pool, sea 100m. A new 4-storey medical building is under construction.
The food is a buffet, the variety of food is average, there are not enough fruits for 4+. The coupon system of passage to the dining room was killed, where the arrival for breakfast / lunch / dinner was crossed out with a pen. Apparently, the head of the catering is a man of the old formation, living in his USSR-era past with a card-based food distribution system and not able to organize work using modern technologies. of the advantages: quick cleaning of tables and timely replenishment of food. There were always places in the dining room and a table. But the cats walk there like at home. I saw it regularly.
On the transfer: weak organization. The boarding house does not have a body on duty or a round-the-clock connection. They forgot to include me in the transfer. I was at the airport for almost 5 hours!!!arrival at 6.30 am, I couldn't get through, because the office was at their place from 9:00 and after that until 11, when they took it away.Imagine how they take care of their vacationers... In general, the managers and their manager are not customer-oriented, they did not even apologize properly.
But the sea smoothed everything out. It is clean, warm, the entrance is convenient, there are handrails for descent. Pesch beach is pebbly, special shoes are desirable. I forgot to take the corals with me, it was lazy to buy new ones and why spend the extra rubles. I give you a life hack: go into the sea in flip-flops, take them off, put them on your hands, swim, holding your toes with your fingers (by the way, it turns out like flippers-gloves, only on your hands), then when you exit, put them back on your feet and leave the sea calmly. Pebbles for nothing!
There were enough sun beds. There is an outdoor cafe on the beach overlooking the sea. The beach is large, there is a space, the only one where volleyball is, the sand is not leveled, the pit is simple. I went on an excursion to hot springs, Sukhum embankment, a cave in Chernihiv. I liked. Great. Beslan's driver is a professional in his field. I recommend.
In general, the boarding house is good, but there is weak management and transfer.

A wonderful boarding house! Modern bright, clean, cozy rooms with immaculate white linens, white bathrobes, slippers, 4 types of towels (even for the pool there are). The staff is very attentive and friendly! A green, well-maintained area with access to the sea. The food is homemade, good, you can always choose what you like. If you want national cuisine, it's in a cafe) A wonderful library, a cozy karaoke bar. A medical building, an indoor swimming pool and another cafe are being built on the territory. ROSATOM has great respect for the revival of the boarding house. We will definitely come back again!

An excellent sanatorium. I had a rest in July. The room is in the main building on the 11th floor. Beautiful view - the sea to the right, the lake to the left. The room has everything - a set of towels, a bathrobe, slippers, a dryer, a kettle, tea pairs, plates and even a corkscrew (ashtray - on the balcony, please). The plumbing was working properly.
The territory is not huge, but it is nicely decorated, everything is clean and new.
The beach is pebbly and spacious. I took the sunbeds early in the morning, but this is a common practice. Anyone who woke up at 12:00 could have problems.
The food is good. Everything is simple, diverse, homely. Lots of healthy food.
I took excursions right there. Everything is well organized. It is good that concerts are held periodically in the cinema hall. I was at two - I was delighted with the local artists!
So, if you like a calm, measured rest in decent conditions, choose Litfond!

A great place to relax!
We had a family vacation, rented two rooms next to each other. Cleaning without problems and without a bribe, as in Turkey. Separately on nutrition, everything is delicious. The children were always full. The assortment was changed, there was enough variety, I will separately note dairy products for 5k yoghurts in particular. There wasn't much of a queue. The pool is clean and seems to be chlorine-free, the eyes did not sting. The sports complex is equipped with equipment professionally, which also surprised, often it is either rent or go.but for some reason. The beach is pebbly, there is a railing for entry. There are horse mackerel fishing and dolphins at sea.

I had a rest in May 2024. Overall, everything is fine.Good food, especially milk, was cooked delicious, many thanks to the chefs. The only one, but this is not a big minus, there are very few fish people on the menu, and for 10 days of my stay there were no herring, liver dishes are not tasty, very tasty.
The room is great, we lived in 709, the maid is smart, cleaned perfectly, always with a smile on her face.
The pool is clean, moderately chlorinated, the animators of the "lighter" are one positive, they give their best 100%. My grandchildren and I were delighted with them.

The room was a single standard, everything is fine. The beach is 3 minutes away, the beach is clean (sandy and pebbly), and the main sea is clear and clean. And there were no troubles (there were no rotoviruses or stomach problems). And the water has its own well, I drank water from the tap. We had a rest in the Literary Fund in September. I really liked the warm sea, the building is renovated in the sanatorium, the room is very nice and the area is good, not crowded. There is air conditioning, good quality TV broadcasting, its own wf. Cleaning, linen change, consumables are excellent. There is a promenade along the nearby sanatoriums, but there is not much place to walk. But there are many interesting excursions. Movies, discos, concerts - everything is there. There are two cafes on site where you can eat kebab and khachapuri. They take a bus to water and mud treatment, but they will soon build their own treatment center, the building already stands 7 floors high, the interior is being finished. For the sake of nature and the sea, I would come again.

It is a pity that there is no good manager in the dining room. I was in the "Literary Fund" in early June. The rooms are clean and modern. Plumbing and refrigerator, TV, air conditioning - everything worked. Nice beds with comfortable mattresses. There were no problems with sun beds at sea, but there are not enough sun beds by the pool and there are no umbrellas. You have to be careful when leaving the pool, the plates are very slippery. I fell down there. Why there are no rubber mats, a question for the administration. The territory is large, well-maintained, there are many benches where you can sit and breathe. The beach is large, some of the sunbeds are under the Pitsunda pines. Air...Awesome. About the food... there are no questions for breakfast (pancakes, cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese casserole, cottage cheese, sliced sausage and cheese, porridge. There are problems with coffee, there is no coffee machine, there is only instant coffee. I took the ground coffee with me, drank in the room. There is a kettle. But, lunches and dinners are quite monotonous, boring. On the fifth day, I wanted something else. As they say, "you won't stay hungry, but you won't get pleasure either." But...everything is for the amateur. There are shops and a pharmacy on site. Generally... Very good. We were lucky with the weather, nature and the absence of storms.

I liked everything very much!!! A wonderful boarding house!!!Now the Literary Fund is my favorite place, although I have been to Abkhazia for the 7th time. There were no disadvantages for me personally. I really hope that I will be able to come again next year.
The food is homemade, the rooms are new, the territory is beautiful, the sea is super clean. 200 m.there are horse rides from the boarding house. I went to feed the horses. It's unforgettable!!!

I have been staying at this place with my family for 3 years in a row. A suite room.
Positive aspects. A gorgeous beach. A gorgeous beach next to the guesthouse. Gorgeous "pine trees" under which you can lie in the cool on the sun loungers. The room has luxurious beds with mattresses. It's just a "dump of the head", it's not possible to get out of bed. Attentive staff.
Negative aspects.
If the suite is in the main building, be prepared for the stink from the sewer in the bathroom. If the suite is in a three-storey building, then the same problem but on a smaller scale, you can say it almost doesn't smell.
Going into the water and swimming only in the caralka.
I have to admit that the beach with sun loungers is getting worse every year. There are no more of them, and those that are more and more broken. The sand is gradually gaining space for relaxation. If in 2022 we were lying on a chaise longue under the pines, and along the first line in the so-called recreation area (something welded from green pipes, but without a roof) it was possible to walk more or less calmly. Then in 2024 there was so much sand that the first line overlaps the view of the sea, and the green structure resembles more a children's hut than a canopy from the sun. By the way, sun protection is also a problem. Compared to 2022, the camouflage net has disappeared.
Well, the dining room. You won't stay hungry, but you can't call it restaurant food either. At some points the food is better, and at others it is worse. And the smell of the dining room. It seems to have a separate room, but after visiting the dining room, the clothes smell of food.
And finally, the cost. In 2024, compared to 2023, the cost of living increased by 80%. As a result, 50 thousand rubles. for 2 nights of stay with food from a rundown canteen is too much. And the question "Will the beach with pine trees drag me to this place again?" it remains open.

The pool is small.

It is better for fans of this sport to bring rackets and balls for table tennis with them.

Cleaning - towels are very rarely changed (once every 5 days), there is no such service.
We went to training camps with the team, so many things were not important to us.

Sunbeds should be occupied early in the morning.I caught a picture several times when rescuers from a neighboring boarding house, coming to half of our beach, drove vacationers from the Literary Fund from the sunbeds, proving that these were their sunbeds.People took these sunbeds on half of the Literary Fund. Buy more of them. And sign it so that you don't have to fight God knows who for sun beds for SUCH money!
Another disadvantage: there are practically no events for adults in the evening: once a week the concert is paid and that's it.Turn on the music, hold discos (not for children, but for adults). Invite any artists (for a fee).Do some quiz contests.
The excursions were more liked by those that were bought in Pitsunda itself (not in a boarding house).
I also want to point out this point: if the staff messed up, you can't prove anything.They will prove to the last... and that they are right. There were several such moments.Therefore, I lowered the star. But there are undoubtedly more advantages. First of all, the nature, the sea, the mountains are fantastic!!! Secondly, A CLEAN BEACH, which is regularly cleaned.Special thanks to Leonid, who is constantly doing this in good faith. Thirdly, I was very lucky to get on vacation when there were already a lot of fruits and watermelons, nectarines, and grapes were constantly given in the dining room.
Fourthly, thanks to the young waiters - the tables were cleaned with lightning speed and there were enough places for everyone. I liked the girl at the reception: polite and thorough. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. Thanks to all those who put their soul and professionalism into our full-fledged vacation!

A nice and not very expensive hotel. A large area. There is animation for adults and children, sports grounds. A large wide pebble beach with sun beds and umbrellas. And no one! And silence! The fact that the hotel is full is visible only in the dining room. There are very few people on the beach, almost no one on the territory. In short, a great place for those who want to relax in silence and to have fewer people.
The food is like for a boarding house, in the style of "detox" (nothing fried, very healthy food, etc.) everything is fresh, everything is delicious. There is no variety - but the set changes for each meal. If you do not go for 2 weeks, you are unlikely to get bored. There is a kebab shop with an excellent barbecue on site.

We had a rest in the "Literary Fund" in September 2024.
First of all, about the good things: this is, of course, stunningly beautiful nature and a clean, gentle sea. However, this is not the merit of the boarding house. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. We lived in the main building. The room is good: decent furniture, everything worked, cleaning daily, change of linen and towels everything according to plan. There are no complaints about the accommodation. And now about the bad stuff. When I read reviews about the dining room, I thought that they were written by very picky and moody people. But this is the first time I've encountered this, although I've vacationed in many hotels. The first thing we did when we came to the dining room was to try to grab cutlery (mugs, spoons, forks, tureens, knives were almost never there). They were simply not enough for everyone. Queues for food, compote, tea. The cooking was not delicious.The second courses were always cold, apparently the heaters did not work. Only the breakfasts, dairy products, and pancakes were delicious. Soups are not edible at all. In the soup with meatballs, yesterday's cutlets were crumbled instead. The food is monotonous, mostly offal. There are practically no fruits: sliced apples or oranges or bananas. In the season of watermelons and melons, they were not given once. One day they brought two baskets of peaches to a huge hall. Those who did not have time were late. And this boarding house positions itself as a Swedish food line!!! Although their prices are at the level of Turkey. For 12 nights, my husband and I paid 166,000, plus the road. I would like to recommend the administration of the canteen to learn how to organize meals from their neighbors of the boarding house "Pine Grove" and adopt their positive experience and sincere attitude towards their guests.
The beach is nice, but the sun beds, which are interconnected with steel wires, are terrible! You can't move it relative to the sun. You lie in the shade in the morning, the sun is hot at lunch. You can easily trip over the wire and crash into a nearby lounger.
Here is such an ambiguous opinion. Nature and the sea are 5, and the service is 3.

We went to the reception to ask what kind of noise it was. A nice girl sent a technical worker to our room to deal with the situation and help somehow. The technical employee said that it was the hood that was making noise and could not do anything, the building was designed so that the ventilation shafts pass behind the wall of the room! It's impossible to sleep! You're lying on a pillow, listening to the hum from the hood and low-frequency vibrations.! We asked to be moved, they were able to offer us a room on the 5th floor, but the room smelled of mold and there was an armchair instead of a small folding sofa and it was very uncomfortable in the room. On the 12th floor, the room has bright floors, a neat table, there is also a coffee table, in general it is very cozy. What was offered as a substitute, especially the room that smelled of mold, could not be compared with the number 1212, if not for the constant hum of the working hood. We knew that there was a vacant room 1213 nearby, we asked to move at least there,,!!! It's a little quieter there, but the hum of a working hood is creepy! We came to relax and enjoy the nature of Abkhazia and the silence, but we are lying with a headache!
We were told that they would not move us anymore, because we refused to spend the night in room 1212 and moved to room 1213! Here is the time 01:29, we are not sleeping, listening to the hum of the hood, drinking pills for headaches... We came to relax for such money!!! We lie down and listen to the hum of the hood!
Do not settle for numbers 1211; 1212; 1213 - you will get a headache for 9000 thousand rubles. per day and plus 4,500 rubles for an additional place! THE HORROR! I don't even want to evaluate the rest!

We rested with my husband and daughter for 1 year 10 months in the Literary Fund in April 2023 in the main building, the room is clean after repair, everything you need is there. The territory is large, well-groomed, there is a place to walk, there is a heated pool, but it was not possible to swim, it was drained a couple of days after our arrival. There is a playroom for children, a cinema, table tennis, and there is something to do in bad weather. The food is modest, you need to come early to have a choice. The beach is clean. You can walk to the shops, but not very close, we walked one way and took a taxi back. In general, we liked it. I am in love with Abkhazia. We were out of season, we took the tour at a good price, but in summer, of course, it was expensive.

I had a rest in early August, I really liked it! The rooms are very nice, there is also a kettle, dishes, a good TV and air conditioning. on the loggia there is a table with 2 armchairs, a clothes rack. They cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed every 3 days. The food is very good, for every taste, fruits are constantly: watermelons, melons, peaches, apples, grapes, oranges, bananas. The pastries are excellent, several types every time.
But the most important thing for me is that during my vacation I managed to take a course of oriental reflexology (doctor Smotrov D.Yu.), because I am 60+ years old and have problems with my spine. Before that, I was treated with shockwave therapy in St. Petersburg, attended sessions with an osteopath, but reflexology really helped me! I am very grateful to the doctor!
There is only one drawback: we were not met at the airport, although there were two of us and each ordered a transfer, clearly specifying both the date and time! We were promised a transfer, but for some reason they ordered it for us a day later. Therefore, we got there ourselves, because we arrived at night, and the booking department works only from 9 to 17 o'clock, except Sundays. Therefore, it is necessary to call back in advance and find out specifically about
the transfer when it will be.
I love Abkhazia, it reminds me of Greece -a beautiful clear sea, palm trees, agaves, but there are also wonderful Pitsunda pines here!
I really hope for rest and treatment in the Literary Fund next year.

My favorite sanatorium! We have been there twice (in 2022 and in July 2024). The second time is even better than the first time! Although there is less surprise about the cleanliness and beauty of the territory, but they already clearly knew how to allocate their day. As a result, two weeks flew by like a flash. The sea is clean, the beach is big, clean, there is enough space for everyone. The food is no frills, but you will not be able to gain +3 kg. The rooms are modern, the views from the window are generally fantastic! Those who like noisy drunken parties are definitely not here. Calm, positive, friendly atmosphere, lots of couples, lots of children, animation every day! I will definitely try to get here again.

An excellent boarding house, supervised by Rosatom, which apparently invests enough money in it. 2 new small buildings, in addition to the main one, a heated swimming pool between them, a well-maintained territory, its own beach. Buffet meals without any restrictions and of good quality (the main thing is to control yourself and not overeat!)
This year we were very lucky with the animation guys who worked from morning to night, giving their best, and the children and adults were busy and did not remain without their attention. Thank you, Nikolai, Lesya, Alina and Allochka the lighter! The service is also not typical for Abkhazia: they gave out slippers and bathrobes, as in Turkey, towels and linen were changed often, the maid Lilya was as kind as possible, as well as all the staff. Of course, there were excursions too. And when we moved to the OP "Pitsunda" for 3 days for comparison, we saw such a striking difference, as if we had returned to the USSR in its worst years!

Further disadvantages:
- the accommodation service works for 3, they were placed for a long time, the children's sleeping places were not ready for arrival
- on the beach: there are few sun loungers; there are no umbrellas by the sea; sun loungers are cleaned in the evening, they are not placed in the morning ... you come and have to pull yourself out of a pile of sun loungers … which is pretty hard.
- there is nothing to eat from the word at all, and if children are allergic, it is better to take it without food; even ordinary dishes are cooked so that it is impossible to eat, zucchini are over-stewed, etc... (!the only delicious pastries), but again, not everyone can do this.
Well, the "cherry on the cake" for which I put 1 star is the employee of the boarding house, the "administrator" in the dining room: MARIANNA NADARAEVNA (I hope you didn't make a mistake in writing).
The administrator has to smooth out all the roughness, and here a woman is yelling, insulting employees in front of guests, yelling at guests, throwing phrases that a priori can only be expressed at home!

Отдыхали в августе 2023. Отель ухоженный, чисто, красивые газоны и клумбы, дорожки для прогулок. На территории есть самшитовая роща, воздух чистый, хвойный. Питание для ППшников отличное, а для гурманов средне, но на территории есть еще кафе и ресторан (платные). Пляж галечный, водичка была прозрачная, чистая. Прогулки вдоль береговой линии показали, что именно в этом месте особенно чистая, если отойти 1 км в обе стороны, то муть появляется, прямо удивительно. Шезлонги занимают полотенцами с вечера, нам только 2 раза удалось расположиться на них, чудом. Но тут виноват не отель, а постояльцы. проще возле воды лежать на камушках, там и ветреней, и ходить купаться недалеко. Нужно брать с собой купальные тапки или купить в ларьках на территории можно. На пляже есть прокат сапов. Можно записаться на утреннее плавание в море на сапах и наблюдение за дельфинами.
Номера стандартные, кондиционеры современные, сантехника тоже, все было исправно, мебель не новая, но в приличном состоянии. Лечебной программой мы не пользовались. Вайфай в коридоре был для вотсап чата норм, для звонков не всегда. Видео особо не посмотришь. Публика в основном бабушки, дедушки, некоторые с внуками. Развлечения соответственные. Был концерт в отеле, понравился. Работает библиотека. Возле столовой менеджер по экскурсиям, можно по расписанию спланировать поездки. Но мы неприятно съездили, потому взяли только одну. Не понравилась именно доставка. На мой взгляд пусть бы стоило подороже, но комфортно и безопасно.

We had a great time on exercises, stretching and other sports events! Everything is correct and to the point, thanks to the nice coach! We took a massage course! Massage therapist Alexander does his job very competently! Uses "magic" jars that really work wonders! The posture has leveled off the pain is gone!
Thanks to the Literary Fund and all the employees for a wonderful holiday! I got sick on the last day of November 5th, the nurse on duty took my temperature and pressure and provided all possible help! Thank you all!!!
