Awesome We had lunch with a friend. Clean, tidy, fast, and most importantly, VERY high quality. The portions are large and the price is not the highest. Borscht and ear are all according to the canons of cooking! The beef cheeks simply disintegrated into fibers. Pork minions are well marinated and fried. The only thing is that cranberry juice is served in glasses! For some reason it is not allowed in the decanter
The name of the local cafe does not correspond to its interior in any way. It's like calling a diner in Mochany the "Kremlin Canteen."
But, it is quite cozy and, most importantly, the clean interior in the bright colors of the 90s style, with its two halls, is very harmonious. We sat down in the first room and it was a mistake. The establishment is also popular in the absence of a vestibule, a dense stream of visitors constantly opening the doors, freezing the small hall.
In terms of food: a business lunch is in demand. We neglected him, but as it turned out, it was in vain. The speed of its delivery to customers at neighboring tables, as well as the volume of portions, was impressive. I've calculated that the average option is up to 20₽.
We decided to eat according to the main menu. Here you need to be patient- the waiter assured that all the dishes are "from under the knife." I had to wait 30 minutes for the soup. Why not use its frozen option? But it's more likely that the lunch rush has moved us to the back of the queue.
I didn't like my Finnish-style ear. A meager amount of salmon, potatoes swimming with onions in a "liter" of broth is still a pleasure. Why not add scallops, octopus, a little crab and mussels to it - then visitors would fight for the right to own a plate of this ambrosia?
My colleague's borscht was very good in appearance, and his assurances reassured me.
I asked them to mix pork medallions with pork and onions and add a kind of ratatouille.
