How can there be such an attitude towards your own customers? A rude phone conversation with the master was enough for me. They can't even tell you the approximate cost. The client always chooses a time that is convenient for himself, and not what is beneficial to the masters and with such a dissatisfied tone. Moreover, I signed up in advance! This is the first time I've ever heard of such an attitude towards clients in a barbershop.
I went for the first time, the atmosphere is cozy, the hairdresser is a very pleasant woman, I really like how they cut my hair, and I do not advise you too much!
Master Lilya, I recommend it. Polite, a master of his craft, will tell you how to do it better. She would rather sit and wait, this is not about her, she will support the conversation, she will not be bored.

The establishment cannot boast of some kind of glamour and designer interior, but the staff create an atmosphere as if you came to get a haircut from your own aunt who loves you with all her heart.
