Of course, maybe it's for me, such an attitude came out, but it wasn't difficult for me to find out about the location of my car, about the current fees for payments, about the approximate +- arrival dates of the car. The staff is quite friendly, very beautiful girls work in the Minsk office)))), they will treat you to coffee, tell you and show you why, how and what happens to the car during this delivery period. I was not fed "breakfast" or any other false information. Always clear and factual. It so happened that my driver's door was locked during the delivery. The damage was repaired and the money was reimbursed in sufficient amount for repairs. Unpleasant, of course, but as it is. To sum up: the company is not without flaws, but I was satisfied with the work of the staff, the delivery time of the car and the level of service.

The car was unloaded in early November in Georgia, loaded onto the car carrier in December, the car carrier arrived in Minsk on 13.01.2025, the promised time from and to 2.5-3 months. As a result, the car only goes from Georgia for 2 months, not to mention that it sails for 1-2 months or even more, and costs a month in America. I do not recommend contacting this company. I've talked to a lot of people, and they all say with one voice that the company has gone very bad! Maybe it was good before. There are always additional charges for storage, delivery Georgia Minsk 2700 dollars, dear ones, you should count the storage in this money! They refuse to refund if the hood is damaged during delivery! There is a damage guarantee in every advertisement! The windows were covered with a film, it was torn off, and while the car was driving, the paintwork was damaged on all the doors! The trunk lid is scratched by the car that was parked behind it on the car carrier. The damage to the car was only the front bumper, now you need to polish all the cars at least!
