I bought a bouquet of peonies on June 10, they were in the refrigerator, almost all the buds were closed, the store claimed that the flowers were fresh and would stand for a long time.
After a couple of hours of standing in water at room temperature, all the flowers bloomed, and the next day they began to become stained (1-3 photos, immediately wrote to the store and attached a photo, they said that this was the norm and it should be so and it's okay, they will stand for a long time), on the 4th day the flowers began to look like garbage (4-6 photo, the store replied that it was hot now, and the behavior of the flowers could not be predicted).
The flowers were clearly far from the first freshness, the store does not recognize this.

I don 't know exactly which of the branches of this store placed my order, BUT I made the order online and what was on the site did not match the word at all . I asked to change the color of the packaging and waited for the same flowers as they have on their website. And when my order came, even the delivery guy was at a loss.…I called, To my question "why do you not match the promised with the sold one", they told me that everything is appropriate and everything is as it should be. If I had at least been warned that the flowers would not look the same as on the site and would have offered to fix the situation somehow. But alas and ah , I cried over this bouquet and did not know how to give it . So I do not recommend this store
Another disadvantage: when placing an order, I wrote all the comments and moments , after the call there was a feeling that no one had read these comments

The worst flower shop I've ever been to. They don't sell a lot of chopped chamomile, so the price tag is higher than the competitor's stores across the street.
I had to buy it because I was in a hurry. Even a person didn't like such a gift. I think you have something to think about!!!

I bought peonies here. Gorgeous! They stood for more than a week, bloomed (see photo), and a pleasant smell throughout the apartment! It turned out to be a great purchase!

I have been buying roses here for 2 years now, as fresh delivery is stable 2-3 times a week. it is better to overpay a couple of rubles, but do not take it at the nearby Uruchye metro crossing. They won't stay there for 24 hours.
