I tried to use knitting cords from this manufacturer. I did not purchase it myself, but a work colleague is a buyer of this manufacturer. Cords are great for knitting baskets for small things, houses for seals, rugs. They are laid out exactly in knitting. Flat cords are good for spending on an ordinary household sewing machine (dense storage containers, baskets are obtained. But, most importantly: ,,Our, native, Belarusian!"

I don't like to write bad reviews, but this is the attitude towards orders..... On Instagram, it is written in the profile header that you need to go to the website and place an order. I placed an order, but I did not receive confirmation, they do not answer in Viber ( why do you need Viber at all if you do not read messages for two days) I call on the phone, no one takes it, I called 5 times at different times since the opening. They answered on Instagram, but they answered my request like this: "I'll be at work in an hour to check your order" I wrote at 10:34 the store opens at 10:00. They wrote to me to wait in a message at 12:05 but it's already 17:53 and everyone just doesn't care about the order.

I'm just in shock, they lose my order, they don't pick up the phone, they don't answer Viber. I've been waiting for the order for a whole month, now I can't reach them again, even though I like the product, but I have no attitude towards the client. At least it's disrespectful, since I'm breaking a deal with my clients.
