The review is negative. Salon employees do not know what "customer orientation" is. I was with two little daughters: one was getting a haircut, the other was sitting on my lap. Not a single smile. I had to look for a closet where I could hang jackets on my own. During the work, the master hissed, clucked, groaned, rolled her eyes, then began to openly scold me for allegedly moving. She allowed herself tactless and derogatory remarks. Then another master connected to it. "Woman, do you even know what a barbershop is? I told you," and so on. And the cherry on the cake is "we went to meet you"! That is, the master made me happy by agreeing to cut my hair for my money, is that how it turns out?
I really regret that I did not demand a complaint book. I went outside, I cried, it was very insulting. It felt like it was my fault that I just wanted to get a haircut and not leave a tidy sum.
